I called Matt and discussed what I was looking for. I had a trade in that I was uhpside down on and was looking to purchase a car. Matt and I were able to work out a more than fair trade in value and an out the door price of the car all over the phone in about 15min. He took all my info and and had all the paperwork done and ready to sign by the time I got there from riverside. When I arrived Carlos met me showed me the volt. We took it for a test drive and then signed paperwork. The whole process took about an hour and a half from the time I arrived. All the paperwork was in order and the price and trade was just what we agreed upon over the phone. The whole purchase was very stress free with no pressure. Thanks for the great experience.

Im new to California and looking for a dealership to work on mine and my wifes car. I was quoted approx. $150.00 my part of $28.50 and a hour labor. My car was there about 15 minutes and doesnt justified that cost of $119.00 a hour.This is what I would call double dipping. Charge me the $119.00 a hour cost then the next customer the $119.00 a hour cost also. I would think this is an a integrity issue. Im not looking for anything for free and we all need to make a living but still $119.00 for about 15 minutes is pretty steep.

The first two times I called to schedule appointment and ask question were not good. Once I was passed around to three different people and then disconnected; the second time I was disconnected at the first transfer. If I was not such a long term customer, I would not have tried again. These two times were several days apart. My service tech, Miguel, is awesome, however, and repairs and service are good, so I keep returning.
