Not only did they exceed all expectations, but, infinty has gained my full respect as the new kid on the block playing ball with the big boys. Highly recommend infinity and will be looking into their stocks as they are making a push into the "big boys" club.

Only 3 stars on the facility because of the extremely tight parking. Service people are friendly and helpful. The department accepts Infiniti coupons from other Southern California dealers so that helps with standard services like oil changes, etc. They also wash your car after each service (if requested) and that helps to save you a few bucks as well. Worth a try if you have an Infiniti and need service.

We just bought a used car from this dealership for our daughter for her 16th Birthday. We had searched for a few months to try and find the right car for her and thought we were buying a car from a reputable company with integrity, due to all the wonderful reviews. "WATCH OUT" Our sales associate was very complimentary of the car and how well it had been taken care of and that the previous owner was a past client. He said the car had pasted a 90 point inspection and was in great shape and it looked new even though it was a 2009! We were so excited to take the car home to surprise our daughter. WHAT A SURPRISE WE GOT!!! After having the car for less than 30 days, the check engine light came on, so we took the car in to the local Audi dealer, only to find out the car need over $6000.00 of engine work!!! We called AutoNation Infinity and they EMAILED us back and said OH WELL...TOO BAD!!! AS IS! What the heck??? Not even an actual phone call back...We have always bought used cars,,,NEVER have we had a bad experience or lack of customer service as experienced with this place!!! EVER!!!! They will not help us or even consider servicing the car. What a JOKE! This dealership has ZERO integrity!!!! Very sad to see such lack of customer care and service!!!!
