Michael made sure that a service recall was also taken care of and reserved a new Cayenne as a loaner for me. This was super helpful to me, as the repairs took several days. Michael kept me informed and had all the paperwork ready to make picking up my car easy and fast. My car was clean and ran great.

Outstanding. Sue is a major reason why I have continued to do business with South Bay Porsche for some 14 years. Im always confident Im in good hands. The service crew always does a great job on my cars. Theyre fast! The new South Bay Porsche location is very nice. The waiting area looks like a cross between a Starbucks and an Apple Store. There are refreshments, plenty of space to spread out (I always bring some work to do while I wait) and free wifi. Also, theres a huge window that looks into the service garage so you can watch your baby get the attention it deserves.

"Great Overall Experience, Avoid Some Salespersons"
Overall, I had a great experience with Pacific Porsche. However, there are some salespersons you MUST avoid if you want to enjoy your car-buying/ leasing experience at Pacific Porsche. When I called the first time, I was helped by Mike Yousefivand. He gave me their advertised price online for 24 months. However, I wanted a number for 36 months, since thats how long I would be leasing the car. He was happy to help and gave me a call back within a few minutes. Additionally, he was happy to ask the manager (Carl Tofflemire) if he could lower the lease price even more than advertised, even though it didnt go down by very much. Nevertheless, I have to say that Pacific Porsches price was among the lowest out of all the dealerships in California. It was a few days later that I called back to Pacific Porsche (PP). When greeted by the operator for PP, I asked to talk to Mike in sales, but he wasnt in, so I was transferred to another salesman named Cham. I cannot tell you how dissatisfied I was with Chams service to me, a (then) potential customer. When I asked him to help confirm the advertised price for the Cayenne 2016 lease, he gave me the lease price for 24 months. When I tried to ask the price for 36 months, he refused. Flat out denying my request, he told me that he would only help me if I drove down to Torrance to meet him. I explained to him that I live in Mid-LA and that Torrance is a 45 minute drive away (it took me 70 minutes to get there at 9am on a Friday when I actually went to the dealership), and that I didnt want to drive that far just to get a general estimate. He continued to stick by his explanation that he cant help me if I dont come to the dealership. The next day, I called PP again, and Mike had left work about an hour before I called. So they transferred me to Kelly in sales. When I spoke to Kelly, it was the same scenario with the same explanation. I dont know if thats what they were told to do when they started working for PP, but thats not how you treat a potential customer. I was done with talking to other salespersons and asked for Mikes personal cell so I could call him directly. When she gave me his number, not only did she miss giving me a digit, when I asked her if she missed a digit (she only gave me 9 digits), she accused me of not having written it down and claiming that she did give me all 10 digits. When I called the number, it went to the voicemail of a woman named Michelle. Kelly had given me the wrong number. I dont know if she did so on purpose, but when I finally got Mikes personal cellphone number and checked it with the number she gave me, I saw that she had mixed up the position of three digits. After dealing with two unpleasant salespersons, I finally talked to Mike again and got his direct number. After calling him back, it was a smooth transaction. I dealt with him through calls, texts, and email. I didnt have to drive down to PP until the day I picked up the car. Overall, Mike and Carl were a big help, they know when to say no when something is just not possible (instead of other car dealers who try and go around the question and offer you something else— weve all experienced this), but are fast and to the point. They dont like wasting their time, nor yours. They make the process as simple as possible for you, and truly want you to have the best experience with them at PP. However, again, STAY AWAY from Cham and Kelly in sales. I cannot reiterate how disappointed I was with their service. Had Mike not been the first person I called, and I had talked to Cham or Kelly instead, I would have certainly from made a purchase from PP. No matter how good their prices are, I want to enjoy the experience of getting a new car, and refused to give the commission of the purchase to salespeople like these two. TL;DR Mike and Carl were a big help! Fast and accommodating service. Stay away from Cham and Kelly.

What an incredible experience! First of all, I have purchased from and continued service my previous Porsche at Pacific Porsche until I sold it a couple of years ago. I returned to the Porsche family and joined the only way I would ever do it, thru Pacific Porsche. I am now a proud owner of the 2016 GT4. First, finding the “not so easy to find†Porsche. The entire team went out of their way to help get me in my GT4. From Carl Tofflemire, Mark Taylor, and Richard Presley. Second, equipping the car with what I would want based on my driving needs. Mark went thru the options with me, pointing out some a few things that I would have ever know despite virtually building my car on the Porsche website. Then the wait. With 1 phone call, I was able to find out the status of my order and the progress of delivery. No matter who answered the phone call, there was no hesitation in taking the time to look up my order and give me the status. Finally, the delivery. I made an appointment with Richard for date and time of pick up. I showed up at Pacific Porsche and my Porsche was not sitting on the lot ready for delivery. TheGT4 was sitting in the middle of the showroom just like a show piece ready for delivery. The car showed like a piece of art in a museum. Richard took me around the car and inside going over the entire car. After going to the manuals I was off to financing. While going over my paperwork the car was moved to the driveway ready for me. Richard then went over the entire car. He took his time explaining how everything functions to me and my wife. I thank Pacific Porsche for a wonderful experience and getting me my GT4. It wonderful to be welcomed back to the Pacific Porsche family where they truly treat you like a family member. Even the wonderful welcome back from my former (now current) service consultant Sue Campbell was heart-warming!
