I worked with Stephanie Leon to order a 2016 Camaro SS from a AAA recommendation. She was very attentive and made sure to listen to my concerns. She kept me updated on my vehicle during whole order/build time. Her manager Mark Ranauro I think that is his name was also very helpful. He filled me in on the cost of the vehicle and was very frank and upfront regarding my trade-in. (Which I value, Id rather hear disappointing true information than waste my time with empty promises.) Mark also had Stephanie pick me up in my new car which I was grateful for, I appreciate the extra effort to assist me as the customer, because I realize they did not have to do that. There was also a gentleman whose desk was near a white Corvette on display in the showroom. He inquired if I needed help, and even though I didnt need his assistance he was welcoming and engaging. "Dont Trust The Service"

Brought my H3 Hummer there I just recently purchased. Wanted to have the 172 Point inspection for $150 I knew before hand I had 2 problems, one with the steering, one with a smell coming from the radiator, both of which I told them to also check. After 2 hours they came back to me telling me that the 2 issues with the power steering and radiator were the only issue. I had forgotten to mention that my girlfriend early that morning told me that the right fog light was out, after asking the service rep did they check everything including the lights, he said yes, when informed that the fog light is out, he brought it back to the service guy and they said it was a short(strike 1) If they cant find something as simple as a bad light Im skeptical of diagnosing even harder issues given the fact they only found what I told them may be an issue. I also did not see them drive or use my car in any manner, how can you do a diagnostic and not drive the car? a few days later I discovered that the on board computer had an old error warning with the thermostat they did not tell me about- (strike 2), also the fog light was not a short, it was a bad light (strike 3) They did only charge me $50 after I complained but I felt like the day was wasted and now I have to go to another shop since I dont trust their service.

Tried twice before to get an alignment. SUccess! My car was just too new before. Owner even came around to expedite. His was an awesome gesture but not needed. On a 24 month lease, I get 4 oil change services. They told me 6 months apart but that puts the last one when I turn in the car. I will do 5 months when the car is returned, it will be due for another. Makes more sense. But they told me I had 4 service calls which was great planning information.

"Unprofessional"

I dont have a problem with your dealership. However, I have an issue with the service department. They gave us incorrect information when the vehicle was in for an air conditioning problem. We were told that we would be charged approximately $750 for a repair. I explained to the service rep that my vehicle was not even two years old and only had approximately 15,000 miles, and the a/c problem should still be under warranty. I was then still informed that I have a bumper to bumper, 60,000 mile warranty. I STILL had to explain that the a/c problem is still then included under that warranty, and the service tech "had to check the records". A part was ordered for the repair, and the vehicle was left overnight. The next day, we were called and informed that another part as required for the repair and would be notified after the weekend when the second part would be available. We brought the back in on Monday, and were told that it was possible the vehicle might be ready on Wednesday. At no time were we offered a rental for our inconvenience.
