"Maintenance Service Experience"
I was at this Mazda location for oil change at 15K miles. The personnel at the desk was very unfriendly, did not like to answer questions or give explanations. I felt unwelkomed and belly treated as a customer. Next time I will try a different place to do business with. I own previously few Toyotas and my experience with their maintenance personnel always very good.
