Bumper to bumper warranty, dont count on it. I took my vehicle for a malfunction , still under warranty. They took several days to find the problem, then they want to charge bogus fees.

Have complained about cars transmission and it finally gave out. Car is only three years old. Dealer has the car and so now its sitting there, close to a week and I cant get a rental through my insurance until Ford does their job. They havent even looked at it yet. I cant believe the quality of service that they offer their customers. Very inconvenient and stressful! Will never buy a Ford again. Called Ford and I am just given the run around. I cant even say how many people I have spoken to and no one seems to be able to help.

WOW. Super easy process. I was in and out within an hour...most of it had to do with explaining the car and finances. I worked with Sonny--what a boss, from attitude to demeanor to his suit! Very professional towards me. He did not do any back-and-forth stuff (none of the "let me talk to my manager" kind of junk). We did work things out over e-mail and phone prior to me driving down, and he was very courteous and straight up with me. The 1+ hour traffic-filled drive to the dealer was worth it. Kevin Lee--finance guy--also straight up. He explained things well--none of the "sign here" and you go "whats that additional dollars?" He explained properly what I was about to sign before I even put pen to paper. My sister was with me, and she said "see? This is how its supposed to be." Go deal with Norm Reeves Hyundai if youre looking for a Hyundai vehicle.

"Terrible Service"

Dropped of my 2014 F250 for electrical issues 12/21 after 10 days there was no conclusion or fix. I did have an aftermarket radio installed so I dropped on the factory for them to replace and test on 12/31, My extended warranty covers the cost of a rental but the service manager Greg said the dealership did not want to cover it because my truck was at idle ( not being worked on) Not my problem so i was asked to return it. My vehicle is not safe to drive and with the present bad weather It is dangerous but I was told to take it until they wanted to work on it. I refused and got a loaner car from a family member. I also opened a case with Ford but cannot get any response for Mark the Regional. Both the Service writer and manager give me different answers. Terrible dealer to deal with for warranty work. If my aftermarket radio cause the issue I am fine with paying the rental car and diagnosis fee I understand its not their fault. I have been as calm and patient as possible not bugging the dealer but I am being taken advantage of.

Normally Reeves Ford is beyond amazing, and filled with professionals. After being turned down by every dealership who failed over and over again to get me approve. A good friend of mine referred me to David Pulido who is beyond AMAZING!!! Without his true willingness to help and actually put in the effort unlike many other dealers, I honestly wouldnt be able to drive around town in my brand new 2014 Ford Focus titanium. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my car. If your looking for your dream car I recommend you stop wasting your time hearing excuses from dealerships that dont care to help you and make your way to NORM REEVES FORD!!! Remember to ask for MR. I went to Norm Reeves Ford to check out the new Ecoboost Mustang. Ive dreamed of owning a Mustang since I was a young child in the 60s. I drove an automatic with paddle shifters and could definitely feel the power, but I really wanted a manual transmission which they did not have. My original sales person tracked one down it was in transit headed to another dealer, so he had me put a down payment on it so he could have it sent there instead. He was to contact me the next day for an update but never did so I called him the next afternoon which was the day my Mustang was supposed to arrive. He told me they were having trouble locating it and he would call me back, but he didnt. I went to the dealer for some answers my sales person was busy when I got there. I was greeted by Jorge Velazquez who answered all my questions and informed me my deposit did not guarantee the car would be mine, the other dealer did not have to trade. I was so disappointed, but Jorge sat down at his computer and listened to what I was looking for and found several Mustangs at various dealers that were exactly what I was looking for. He emailed them all and by noon the next day he finalized a deal and I got my dream car that evening. Jorge was awesome he was there for the whole process and he personally made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Thank you Jorge Velazquez and Norm Reeves Ford. I love my new Mustang.

"Malfuntioned Transmission Within 5 Months Of Purch"

No stars for quality I bought a car from here less than five months ago and the transmission is gone I asked and asked for an extended warranty and ended up with some GAP insurance instead. I skipped over all the little buy here pay heres and rinky dinks just to avoid a situation like this and here i still end up with a $3500 repair in less than 5 months.This is so stupid i had to.put down $6000.00 becz of a repo from a simliar situation from a so called less replemendable place but I see now it make no difference. I was sweet talked into GAP insurance becz it was one or the other. I wouldve been better off just taking that money and buying a car right out. If this happens within 5 months I sure cant expect it to last through the duration of the loan. Dont get me wrong they were really customer courteous until after they have my money and now its your car you bought it with no warranty sorry. My advice is if u do purchase from here dont leave without making sure you have an extended warranty

Both sales people I worked with were pleasant. Initially I wasnt sure if I was going to get a new car or if I wanted a Focus HB or a new Escape. I was able to initially test a Focus and then a few weeks later when I had firmed up plans an Escape that had come in. We were quickly able to agree on a price if they could locate the car I wanted. As it turned out, an Escape was in transit that was acceptable to me and a week later I was able to pick it up. Thank you sal gonzalez and victor resendiz

My wife and I didnt have high expectations when we registered on cars.com. Within a few days we received an alert of a 2007 Ford Explorer Trac pickup at Cerritos Ford. The vehicle had an EXCELLENT PRICE and surprisingly LOW MILEAGE. We thought this much was a typographical error but my wife decided to follow up and to our surprise this vehicle was exactly as described. My wife called and left a message for Mike OConnor who returned her call very quickly. This vehicle had only been at Cerritos Ford for two days and was being inspected/detailed but Mr. OConnor located it and provided us with additional detailed information. We scheduled an appointment and were greeted almost immediately with one of the most personable car salesmen we have ever encountered. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision but when we saw the vehicle we LOVED IT!!! The usual protocol was followed and in record time we had completed the required documentation and were driving home in a pristine "manly" truck that anyone would be proud to own. I recently immigrated to the United States and my wife and I had been sharing her car but now I am the proud new owner of a Ford Explorer Trac pickup - this is DEFINITELY SOMETHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT!!! I purchased a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. My first contact was by phone where I was greeted by Sal, I made an appointment to view the car the following Saturday and was greatly surprised to find the car on the lot with a "reserved for (my name)" on the windshield. I met with Sal and thus began the best and most relaxed experience. After the test drive, Sal, and the others involved with completing a sale made me feel as if I were the most important customer in the house. When I arrived at the dealership I was really feeling physically exhausted due to some recent chemotherapy. The entire team made sure that I was made very comfortable and understood my needs. I highly recommend Cerritos Ford to everyone. David Ademola was my Salesman/Internet - talking to him over the phone to meeting him in person was a great experience. I had told him exactly what I wanted - he searched for the 2014 Ford Fusion with EcoBoost, plantium white with dune interior etc. David found a couple almost what I wanted he did not pressure me into buying something I didnt want, was not pushy and did not rush me. A few days later I ordered exactly what I wanted from David he told me it could take up 6-8 weeks I was OK with that. David kept me posted during this time - if I had a question he would always reply, and I had lots of questions and David answered all of them was never upset. My car came in early and I received an email saying my car was delivered. Went down the next day and did all the final paper work - received a great deal and it was easy. Everyone at Cerritos Ford was very very nice willing to help you. Manny in Finance was very nice, of course I had lots of questions for him as well - Manny went over everything - all options - extended warrenty, the maintenance agreement and several other things - he didnt pressure me into anything I didnt want but explained everything. For me the extended warrenty, the maintenance agreement (after checking with the maintenance department the next morning to see if it was beneficial) and the finishing touch will benefit me. I had the Finishing Touch on my last car which I almost had 13 years and the paint job still looked new, also the leather seats were in great condition. Took delivery of my new car that evening after taking a test drive with David - David went on vacation that evening but followed up with me the following day while he was on vacation to make sure that everything was ok, and If I had any questions. When David came back from vacation I stopped by on my way home from work so he could go over all of the features with me he was very helpful. So if you are looking for a car go to Cerritos Ford and ask for David Ademola you will be glad you did.

I just took delivery of my wonderful 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited from Cerritos Hyundai, and I cannot speak highly enough of their Internet Sales Manager, Alex Shin. From my first contact with the dealership, Alex was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The refreshing part about my transaction was that it was straightforward and headache free-- never did I feel that Alex was trying to be a shady salesman. Quite the contrary, he provided me with an extremely competitive price and was a total gentleman in helping me get set up in my new vehicle. A definite A++ for Alex Shin, if you are looking to buy a Hyundai, he is your guy!

Called and they said they had a truck I was looking at but when I got there the truck was not. Went back the next day and looked at and test dove the truck but when it came to putting the numbers on paper thy tried the typical salesman games of saying one thing but putting different numbers on paper. They are just the typical sales guys playing the typical games.

E-mailed them telling them what I was interested in and they responded saying they had exactly what we wanted, even gave us a VIN number of the car and all its options. Drove 85 miles to check this car out and probably would have purchased it, IF IT HAD BEEN THERE. The car never existed as far as we could tell, it was used to get us in the showroom only. We left and purchased elsewhere. Received a follow-up call a few days later from the salesman who asked if we were still interested. Told him we had purchased elsewhere and he hung up on me! Sure glad we did not purchase from them.
