I started my experience with Michael Sperber he was helpful and may I add very persistent!. He wasnt pushy but surely did want to get me into the car of my dreams. When I finally decided to pull the trigger so to speak he found my car and the rest was easy breezy! The F & I rep was knowledgeable and walked us step by step and did not pressure me one inch. My ex husband also purchased a car thru Manhattan Beach Toyota ...a Highlander and he had nothing but good things to say about his experience as well. I would happily refer friends ! The only negative is I must have chosen the coldest day in California to make this purchase.. The doors of the dealership kept flying open.

Service is not customer friendly. Had five items that needed to be done to my 4Runner with only two being accomplished. Service manager never gave me any paperwork because he knew he had not had his staff complete all five items. I will never go back to Manhattan Beach Toyota for service again. DCH Toyota took care of the remaining three items and provided great service.

I had A good experience with Manhattan Beach Toyota. They explain that they could get me the truck that I wanted the way I wanted it and all I had to do was leave a small deposit. I left a deposit and my truck was delivered to the dealer and when I got there to pick it up it look better than I thought it would it was very clean and ready for to take home for me to enjoy.

The GSM Carlos and Frank the finance director were able to help me out with a 2015 Corolla. Sang was also great in Finance department he explained to me everything I was signing. I purchased a Toyota Certified Used 2011 Toyota Tacoma in June of 2015. The truck itself is everything I was looking for, but that is the only positive of the purchase. As I was taking possession of the vehicle, the salesman handed me an extra key which he explained they had to make since it was required by law that they provide a spare key. I later found out that the spare key was not for the ignition, it was a door key. I contacted the salesman and he told me that they would reimburse me for a new key if I had one made. So I went to my local Toyota dealer and had the key made. While at the dealer I found out that I had power door locks, but I was not given a remote control by MBT. The truck specifications listed power door locks for the Pre-Runner model so a remote control should have been provided. So I purchased one from the local dealer. I sent the invoice to MBT on June 4th and as of August 17th I still have not been reimbursed for the key or remote. I also found out that the truck was in an accident as there are after market body parts on the front of the truck. This was never disclosed to me. I believe this should have been discovered during their so called Certified Used Car inspection.

The Manhattan beach dealer we purchased our Camry called us to repairs a recall, so we made an appointment. We left our car for about 3 hours there and they called us to let us know that they need parts. Wished they called us sooner if they did not have proper parts for that particularly recall problem, Anyway for that reason we are not happy that after all the time we waited and again we have to go back one more time. They should have known that they did not have parts before they called us and made us come. O

It was a well oiled machine. We were in and out - from test drive to delivery of car. Even with the very cluttered and confined space (because of major facility construction) we were comfortable. Sales staff was well trained and played their role well. Insurance process, although like being stuck with a robot, pounding us with the upsale, w as interested in his job.

A few lights out. They kept my car a couple of hours, took me home in the shuttle (my driver was very friendly and got me home quickly), Joanna (love my service person) called me when finished, done! Smooth transaction. All lights are working! Cant wait for their new facility to be completed. Only thing missing, is having my car washed when service completed.

I am 74 years old and have purchased many cars. This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. I never write reviews, but would feel too guilty if I did not write about how much effort the employees at this dealership go to in providing the very best in customer service. Gabe was my incredible salesman who was never pushy and knew everything about the Toyota Prius. I was pretty green about the newer cars, but he explained to me how everything worked and was so warm and friendly and could answer all my questions. I had a minor problem with the car a few weeks after purchase and took car back to be fixed. Everyone, I mean everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and friendly. First came a warm welcome from Frank who took my car and guided me to Lisette at the counter who listened to my problem with a smile. Next, I met Joy who told me it would be a couple of hours of waiting, so would I like to be shuttled somewhere. I told her I wanted to go shopping. The shuttle had just left, but she did not want me to wait until it came back, so she had Louis, another friendly employee, drive me and pick me up when my car was ready. Joy added great enjoyment to my day by doing this. When I returned, there was no wait for me to see Lisette again. She told me exactly what had been done in terms I could understand, showed me how they had checked my car out and everything was good and there would be NO CHARGE to me. I live 25 miles from this dealership and normally just use my personal mechanic, but after this excellent service, I will be returning for oil changes and repairs...if this Prius ever breaks down, which I hear happens rarely. I think the main thing that made my experience here so good is that all the employees seemed to truly be happy doing their jobs and wanting to fix my problem and keep me happy while they are doing it! Absolutely FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY! Put yourself in good hands by first asking for salesman, "Gabe"... just the best!

My only negative remark is that the dealership is under major construction and it is doing its best to accommodate the customer but once the construction is complete I am certain the dealership will be beautiful and easy to access for my future services. I really am enjoying my new Tacoma.
