This is our 4th car from Tony and I have to say I would trust Tony and all of the cars he suggests, its not a typical Sales Person, just trying to close the deal. Rosie, she gives you her cell phone number in case you have any issues. this is better than my therapist. Who does that? That is the service when working with this duo. It never felt like they were trying to get one over me!

I really like this place, Culver City Volvo goes out of their way to be helpful. Hector Torres, Martin, and the entire service team at Volvo are outstanding and go way beyond what one would expect. Tony and Richard in the Volvo sales team are great as well and Tony streamlined the process in getting the car I wanted The entire Staff seems to "get it" regardless of what car you want or the social economic status people come from. Me? Upper Middle Class, but thats beside the point. I really love this pace and have been going there for two years to get my old car serviced and it was time to get something "New". There were a few scratches on the 2012 S60 T5 that I purchased and right away the team gave me a loaner and sent the car back to get the all scratches fixed. Cant wait to pick it up ! I Highly Recommend Culver City Volvo !

Each time I have had my XC 60 in for repair, they have reset computer with regard to back up camera It does not seem to solve the problem. It is an intermittent problem with no particular circumstances as to why it does not work. I have just lived with the problem, as the time to take it in for repair is difficult working full time. I called immediately this time and have returned for repair.

He had to put up with my (sometimes obsessive) questioning, but always gave me succinct answers plus additional (and interesting) information relating to my servicing. He avoided the cost of duplicate charges by filtering out only the tasks that were needed to complete my regular annual service, based upon my frequent recent visits which included those general tasks prior to the current visit. He also gave me a compassionate "loyal customer" discount on the extra expensive repairs (broken exhaust manifold bolts and motor mount) needed in light of my recent expenses. A truly caring and conscientious human being. Overall, this man is indispensable and I hope to have many more years with him as my service rep.

I had the worst experience at the Santa Monica location and was beginning to think I made a bad decision purchasing an XC90, until I dealt with Martin in the service department of Culver City. I was impressed with how fast it was getting in and out of this location. I was in and out in 15 minutes, with a loaner (as opposed to 1 1/2 hrs in SM - with an appointment). Everyone in Culver City is extremely nice and willing to help, I will continue to use this location for ALL of my Volvo repairs. I HIGHLY recommend this location, specifically Martin.
