I was looking for a specific color with a specific interior. Las Vegas did not have everything I was looking for. After doing some research online I found my car.... in Pasadena! I called, spoke to Juan and told him my story. The dealership gave me a great deal. It is a risk to shop this way. I had my doubts. Within a week I was on a plane from Las Vegas to LAX. My salesman offered to pick me up. Once I got to the dealership all my doubts were washed away. It was a truly remarkable experience. I could not be more satisfied with everyone involved with this purchase.

Love our new Car Volvo S 90, after visited few more car dealers, we still end up coming back. First the Sales guy Mario is being very helpful. He explained all our questions, and give us great deal, he even helps us with insurance questions lol. He is one of the best sales guy we ever met!! Second, the Volvo S 90 is great!! Me and my husband we both love it. This is a luxury car, inside out. Great looking car. I had Audi TT before, this car is a upgrade for me. The interior is amazing, touch screen, big space, and pilot assist.

I made the call, told him what I was looking for and he was confident and clear with expectations on the phone. our call was later in the evening and the dealership was closing in a few hours but i wanted to come in to see the V60s. he was great with being inviting and told us to come in. once we got to the dealership he showed us a few vehicle options, explained all the options and even offered for us to drive another volvo model so we really felt comfortable with our decision on the V60. once making our decision on the vehicle the negotiating process went extremely smooth. this was the best car buying experience i have ever had! we love our new car and i look forward to promoting patrick, your dealership, and your brand for the great experience that i had.

I have been there to service my previous Volvo and Naeem in service is wonderful! During one of those visits, Meena Daoud spoke to me about getting a new car. We spoke and months later when we were ready, we walked in the dealership and I couldnt believe he remembered our names, including my husband whom he never met. He remembered what I wanted, had the car. Gave us a great deal and we got a new Volvo XC90 that we love. Everyone from Meena, to the general manager are fantastic. I highly recommend these dealership for its courtesy, clarity and none-pushy manner in which they do business.

We purchased our 2012 XC 70 Volvo from Rssnak and trust them to do all of our service . We traded a 2006 V 70 on the XC 70 in 2012. Paul Newton, our service advisor provides us with prompt and professional service on behalf of his team and always ensures we are kept informed and completely satisfied . Most recently we had a Volvo parts bicycle type trailer hitch installed and a minor problem with the rear hatch lock repaired. The car is always completed within the time as promised and arrives in clean condition . The probability is we will purchase another similar Volvo from Rusnak as we know the trade will be worth the top end of fair market value and our new vehicle will be well maintained . I brought in my 2010 XC70 twice to Na Eem Adams as it was losing oil. Na Eem could not have been nicer. He was very professional, courteous, polite, & thoughtful. After the service departments evaluation, the problem was determined to be a Volvo manufacture engine problem.Na Eem then explained the problem to me and told me how long they would need to keep the car for repair. Without hesitation and without me asking, Na Eem provided me with a Volvo loaner car each time which was very much appreciated. Na Eem Adams is truly a gem. I commend him for a job well done. Thank you very much, Na Eem.

Thank you Robert Mansfield, General Manager of Rusnak Volvo! I recently purchased a used Volkswagen CC, and Robert made the transaction super smooth and easy. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for -- they couldnt fill my needs with what they had on the lot, but Robert said he would keep an eye out. Sure enough, a couple days later he called and had a car that met my needs at a price that was where I wanted to be. I showed up to pick the car up and there were no games - he kept all his promises and even got me alternative financing that beat what I was able to get! Robert set my expectations and exceeded them. I cant thank Robert Mansfield and all the people at Rusnak Volvo enough working with me and my wife when we bought 2012 XC70 in July. The paper work process was easy and painless. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Manager Sami Salem seat down with us and went over the car from top to bottom. We drove off from Rusnak Volvo with our new car with all the knowledge of what it can do. We will be buying our next car at Rusnak Volvo.

I recently took my XC60 to Rusnak Volvo for new tires and what a HUGE mistake! First, my reasoning for taking it to the dealer was that I did not want to risk my wheels getting damaged by the use of improper equipment, etc.. And besides, The Volvo Tire Advantage offers "Factory-trained technicians working with the proper equipment" (http://www.volvocars.com so what can go wrong right? Well, when I went to pick the car up, BOTH of the wheels were damaged! The lip on both of the wheels were scraped, probably from the machine used to take off / put on the tires on the wheels. When I pointed this out to the service advisor, she said that they were just "dirty". Huh? Theres a huge difference between the wheels being "dirty" and the clearcoat on the wheels being scraped off. The service manager came out and inspected it, apologized, and said that they would have it re-finished. There were also two deep scratches on the drivers side door that was not there when I dropped the car off. When I brought this to the service advisors attention, she said that the car had some scratches on it when I dropped it off. Yes, it did have some scratches, but they were on the front bumper, which she noted on the pre-inspection report! A couple days later I got a call saying that the wheels have been re-finished so I went to pick the car up. The wheels were re-finished but they must have been color-blind because they were just painted the silverstone color but not clearcoated like they originally were so they were matte while the other two wheels were glossy. When I pointed this out to the service advisor, her response was that they got the scratches out. What the... Yes, they got the scratches out but the finish doesnt match! Since the service manager was gone for the day, she told me to come back on Monday. Disgusted with all the issues and incompetence at this dealership, I didnt go back. Instead I decided to take this issue up with Volvo of North America directly. And to top things off, when I checked the air pressures in the tires this morning, all four tires were underinflated with different PSI and the valve caps were on loose. Did I take the car to the dealer or some fly by night shop? Almost every single time I bring my car here for service, theres a scratch or damage on it that wasnt there when I dropped it off. Rusnak does not take care of customers cars which is unacceptable, especially for a dealer. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Rusnak Volvo even though I only live 5-minutes from them. I would rather drive further to not have to deal with them. Be careful when taking your car to Rusnak Volvo. Better yet, save yourself the trouble and headache and take it somewhere else.
