After months of researching luxury mid-sized SUVs, Id finally settled on the Q7. Once I figured out the packages and options I wanted, I reached out to four Audi dealers in SoCal online. Zorik Garibyan (zgaribyan@dtlamotors.com is his direct email for anyone interested in getting an Audi) was the first to respond, and he gave me his best quote right out of the gate. Nobody could touch it, or even come close. I asked him to run several different scenarios for me (all via text) and he did. He was gracious, patient and prompt. An hour later, we drove down and met him in person; the car had been washed and was waiting for us out front. Susana Zhang, who is an absolute doll, gave us a thorough orientation of the entire car (she knew that car inside and out), and Ricky Orozco was the finance manager who handled all of the paperwork. He was so personable, efficient and bada bing, we were done in 45 minutes! Zorik delivered exactly what hed promised and quoted me - the only surprise was how wonderful the whole team was to work with. Theyve already followed up, asking me if I have any questions or need anything at all. This place is a class act and I took notes on how they roll out the red carpet to implement in my own business!

This was my first time working with Audi of Downtown LA, (but certainly not my last). I had already decided on the exact Audi I wanted and so started my search. It took a few weeks to find my perfect Audi; Audi of Downtown LA had the best price and a great reputation. As soon as I arrived, Kit Chieng greeted me and showed me around the car, explaining all the cool features and tech. He never touch on the price, nor tried to "sell" me the car. Susana Zhang took me out for a test ride. Such a relaxing experience, forgot I was on a test drive. I knew that I wanted that very Audi, but took the night to think about it. Funny that neither Kit, nor Susana looked surprised to see me the next morning; such a beautiful car! Kits Audi knowledge and calm demeanor and professionalism made the transaction so effortless - never rushed. Susana and I chatted while they detailed my car and as soon as it was ready, the fun part began. Susana when through every function, option, button and knob in the car with me. Kinda cool how excited she was about the car and for me. When Kit and Susana say "welcome to the family", they mean it. I dont want to say "it was a great buying experience", because it never felt like I was buying anything. It was simply "a great experience"; I was able to meet some genuinely honest and caring folks while I picked up a great Audi!

"Fastest, Easiest Car Purchase Ever!"
Endured terrible traffic to get to the dealership late afternoon on June 30, the last day of the month (and quarter) when deals are supposed to be the best. Was shown the car by Amir Khoury (very helpful and gracious salesman) and then sat down with Mesfil Haile, the internet sales manager who I had contacted about the Q7 in which I was interested. He and I made a deal in under two minutes -- Im not kidding! I cant promise youll make a deal that fast, but Mesfil was clearly ready to deal last Friday. Amir and the finance manager, Phil Kang, took care of the paperwork. Phil is a gentleman who will try (as every finance manager in every dealership will try) to sell you lots of different protection packages for your vehicle; its how any dealership adds to its profit on the deal. But he does so very nicely and will take "No" for an answer if you are firm -- thats YOUR job. Hes so good at what he does that I still bought two packages after promising myself I wouldnt buy anything; way to go, Phil!!

One of the easiest and pleasant car buying experience. I submitted an enquiry for an Audi Q5 2018 online -and was contacted by Mesfin Haile. First he ensured that he got me the packages on the car that I wanted before going on to make a great deal on the price. The car came in stock on the day he promised and I took the train to LA to get it. Within an hour at the dealership I was done with the sale. Mesfin then came and explained the details of the car and we were all set. But what touched me more is that Mesfin noticed us taking pictures with the car from his office on the second floor and came back down with two bottles of water and offered to take pictures for us. I live in the Valley and purchased my car elsewhere. Yet at the time I was living in Los Angeles and went for my first schedule appointment to Audi Downtown. From the moment I meet Eddie Perez, I felt at ease. I have been there four times - three routine services and once when one of my tires was punctured. Each time I made an appointment, each time I was told approximate time and cost and each time the service and knowledge was excellent. Yes I can find other Audi dealers for service closer to me but why mess with excellent service? "My Experience"
I contacted Audi DTLA through the website, and Mesfin Haile emailed me the day of. My experience with Mesfin was excellent. I told him that I was interested in obtaining a low mileage lease for an A3 or A4 with navigation. I also told him that I was looking to put $0 down and keep the payments under $400/month. First of all, he recommended the A4 over the A3 due to the size difference as well as a newly upgraded A4 interior. Recommended that I do not get navigation since I do not drive much since I take the subway to work, and said that the Android Auto function will be sufficient for my purposes. I told him the color I wanted, and he was able to get to a number I was fine with. We scheduled an appointment to meet later that week. Also, he answered all the questions I had regarding turning in leased cars for another dealership. When I came in, Mesfin greeted me but had to attend to customers that were there before me. He put me in the hands of Kit who was also very helpful. After waiting for the paperwork, I met with the finance person (I forgot his name) who was really helpful. He didnt try to upsell anything, but did recommend to take the return insurance that covers up to 10K in normal wear and tear. THrough my experience with leases, Ive had to pay 2-3K to fix damages. The insurance plan cost around 1400 so it made sense to get it. Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful, did not upsell, and I felt they genuinely put my interests first.

Eddie Perez met me first thing after he was finished checking in the very first customer. He was friendly, and called me back when he said he would. I was due for my 5000-mile check up, but I also had an issue with a slight delay in initial acceleration; he explained to me during the call that the acceleration process on my 2016 model is different from the 2013 model. He was very detailed. I was disappointed but thats not his fault. Hi marks!

This is a great place to begin your search for your purchase/lease. They take the time to go over the specs of the vehicles and let you know of any known model upgrades. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have not passed the negotiation stage with them yet. I ended up continuing my negotiations with other dealers that somehow can get it done. I do use the service department here religiously since I live and work in the DTLA area. They are awesome! They answer and explain all the repairs/ maintenance questions I may have. They even let me know what items I can hold off on for now. They also set me up with a courtesy car or a rental at no cost during servicing! This is great for me because I have to stay on the move during the day for work.
