"Leasing A New Car"
Michelle Cordero was FANTASTIC to work with; I went in to test drive the new Equinox as the first of 4 cars that I was considering to lease. We went for a test drive where she pointed out all the new safety features and the upgrades that Chevy made to the 2018 models. I liked how the car handled; when we went back to the showroom she asked what I thought about the car. Again she wasnt pushy, just genuinely interested in my thoughts. Based on the pleasantness of my experience so far, I decide to see if I could come to an amicable deal instead of continuing to test drive other cars. Michelle and her manager were able to meet the dollar amount that I wanted to pay per month for the first car. When I asked about buying me out of my Honda CRV lease, so I could lease a second Equinox they made it happen despite roadblocks from Honda. Nothing was a bother or a problem - picking up the cars went smoothly. Michelle even drove one car home for me when I was trying to figure out how I was getting 2 cars home. Again, nothing was a problem for her.

Great that I was able to schedule an appt for an oil change the next day. Waiting an hour and 40 minutes for oil change is disgusting!!! Why bother having an appt especially when staff are very busy on their cell phones or standing around.

I almost missed out on this great purchase if it wasnt for sherryne the internet dealer no matter how many excuses I gave her she didnt back down she explained what sales Bical was offering and for me to come in because they will beat any offer I get by $500. I came the next day and my sales rep NOVA was excellent no pressure no haggling while I waited for my car to be prepped she bought me lunch of my choice Dont pay the negative reviews any attention see for your self.. any one who ask me where I got my 17 camaro from I will say Bical Chevy and ask for NOVA !!!

In Bical sales manager have not manners how to deal with customers. He was very rude. Our deal was not successful then i told him give my advance money back he put in my card nd through card in front of me. He is mannerless person. I dont know who give him a manager job. I had a bad experience with the valet department. My car was serviced by Bical dealership. It was ready for pickup and the valet person was suppose to bring it to me. He gave me the keys and pointed to where the car was. To my surprise it was not my car. He argued with me and said you should know what your car looks like. He then told me the cars along the back wall have not been repaired. I said I dont know how the cars are arranged I only know the car you pointed to . I was walking with a cane , He didnt care. I told him thats not good customer service, he didnt care. How can you have someone with that type of attitude work for you?

They were all very helpful and friendly when I was shopping for a used car that I made the trek from Westchester County out to Long Island just to buy from them. Jim in used cars was fantastic. I needed a small family car for my wife to get around in. I shopped around at other dealerships, but they had little or no pre-owned inventory of small Chevrolets. I went to Bical on April 11th and found many to choose from in my price range. I met with sales rep James Horvat and he helped me pick out the best chevy Cruze for our needs. Great customer service, very friendly staff. Felt no pressure on buying any car. I happen to get the same dealer as my mother, who purchased a car about 3 years prior. Johan was excellent with helping her, and he remembered me when I walked in (not being back there after that first and only time 3 years prior) I am very satisfied with my purchase! Johan was very nice and seemed to not only want to make a sale but a happy sale. I was able to test drive the Cars I was interested in, even started the cars up prior to the drive so it was not freezing cold. I saw the online ad for a used 2013 Chevy Malibu. We live in northern Bergen County New Jersey, so the trip to Bical for us is quite a journey. Our salesman, Dave Hyatt, did an outstanding job. There were snafus with our temporary insurance coverage, which Dave helped get straightened out. Dave and his boss Chris, spent many hours on the phone with our insurance company while we anxiously waited on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The car was a nice as promised, all cleaned up and ready for my daughter to pick up her new ride!. The team at Bical were very professional, of course, its their job to sell cars, but I believe they went the extra mile in our case. My family and I appreciate the treatment that we received, and as much distance as there is between us, we would strongly recommend Bical.

I also felt like Johan went above and beyond throughout the process of the sale. At no point did I feel pressured in the car buying experience. "Very Very Unhappy"
So I went to Bical looking to lease a 2014 Equinox. I went in there with a print out of the vehicle I wanted. I told the sales rep exactly the features that were important to me and I told him the price I was willing to pay. I was clear I wanted an LT1, with back up camera and automatic adjust driver seat. We went back and forth over pricing and ultimately we landed on the # I agreed to. However what Darryl failed to tell me was that he took me out of the LT1 and put me in an LS. Oh yes it was written on the paper - My bad I missed it. HE NEVER TOLD ME. I noticed it after I drove the car off the lot and the next morning when I called to tell him my concerns he argued with me and told me that WAS NEVER THE AGREEMENT. After many phone calls everybody is too busy to talk to me. Slippery practices are what you can expect at Bical. I recommend you go elsewhere for your vehicle purchases. Or if youre willing to try your luck make sure they dont pull something shady on you like the did me.

My wifes 07 Equinox was totaled by a falling tree just before her birthday. She was heartbroken. I vowed to find her an exact replacement, including the hard to find Aqua Blue / Green paint that changes color in the sun/shade. Long story short, Johan at BICAL Chevrolet helped me square away the long distance deal (over 2 hrs away), including tags, insurance transfer, financing etc, on memorial day weekend so my wife could have "her" car back on her birthday! Car had more options and way less miles than our totaled one, and the insurance check covered nearly every penny of it (great price for only 34,000 mile vehicle!). We did opt for the GM 3 Yr bumper to bumper for extra piece of mind, but car and all accessories are working great. Thanks BICAL!

"I Cant Believe It!!!"
I really dont know where to begin. First let me start by saying Johan C (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) at Bical Chevrolet is the man!!! Me and my wife were looking for a pre-owned truck preferably a Chevrolet Tahoe. After meeting Johan and telling him what we wanted I was still a little skeptic we could get the truck. I did not think he would be able to put me and my family in truck that we wanted based on what he was working with. He held no punches and told no lies. He told us that he would work it out and get us in the truck that we wanted. Less than 48 hours had passed before I received a call from my new best friend (Johan C.) that we were approved. Saying I didnt believe him was an understatement. Pure joy on my face at work, Im smiling as I write this review. Through the process he was not pushy or seem thirsty to make a sell and I appreciated that ( I dont like pushy). Also another huge thank you to the Finance Manager (Raja). Again I walked in Wednesday drove off the lot with the truck on Saturday!!! They were honest and were concerned about me and my families needs. As a customer spending my hard earned money that is really all I could of asked for. Johan C. and Raja are assets to Bical Chevrolet and I would recommend my family and friends to Bical Chevrolet. "Stay Away From Bical"
Just go somewhere else for sales or service. I went in to pick up my new Traverse that Id spent the previous night negotiating a deal with them for 3 hours. When I arrived, they showed me the beautiful car being prepped and we went inside to sign the paperwork. It went downhill from there. They "forgot" to include the payoff on my trade in the deal they gave me the previous night and had to scramble to try to make the numbers work - fyi, 150 more per month than what we negotiated and agreed to does not work. I guess signed paperwork and a deposit does not count for anything. We walked out. I should have known not to go there but I gave them another chance. I had a terrible experience with their service department 5 years ago and then 4 years ago when my saturn lease was up, they basically told me that they did not want my business.

After a long journey, it ended here. Johan answered all my questions and was able to negotiate over the phone for an amazing deal. They were very honest, not pushy typical car sales people. Got there a half hour before closing and they stayed an hour after closing, so I was able to drive the car home that day. I was very satisfied and felt comfortable. Go to Johan! He will give you a fair deal and not make you feel pressured into buying a car.

There are several employees at this dealership that are completely dishonest and outright liars. They promise a vehicle is available, knowing full well that it is not. Instead, theyll lie just to get you in the door, assuming they can make a sale with a different vehicle. I would not buy from this dealership!!!
