My dad and I went into the used dealer ship knowing what we wanted. We saw a car online and came to check it out the sales man wasnt pushy they gave us complementary refreshments and snacks. The president of the business showed us photos of all the wonderful people he knows. My father and I had a wonderful experience here at the dealer ship. They helped drop the price from our car and we now have a great running car that is clean, engine is in great shape, I love the car thank you to C H auto for our amazing experience!

Ill keep it short. I got my first car many years ago through CH Auto - 86 Nissan 300zx turbo metallic grey. Great price back then, and I seriously had several approach me a couple of times at parking lots, gas stations, etc. asking if I wanted to sell the car. My relatives have purchased a number of cars from them over the years, and recently I got a new 12 Honda Odyssey to accommodate my kids. We had moved up to the SF Bay Area and were in town in LA one weekend to look at cars. John from CH Auto ended up helping me purchase the car and even arranged to have it shipped up to where we live. If thats not great service, I dont know what is.

First time steped in this dealer was last week and I was looking for a used car for myself. I have no idea what kind of car should I get for myself, so when I steped in their nice showroom, the sales guy Jason talked to me and I told him Im just looking around for now and I do need a car, but just dont know what kind of car for me to go to school. So that Jason showed me couple "student cars" in their dealership, but theres only one that i like, which is the car I just bought from them, the white 2008 Scion TC. Im a first time buyer, so Jason and Joe(I think he is the financing manager) helped me financed my little TC by a Korean Bank in downtown and answered all my questions. The rates just ok(Ive been lots dealers already and either they dont finance first time buyer or they got a higher rates than C H Auto). Before I picked up my car, Jason and Joe told their mechanic guy double checked my TC and gave me a free car wash. Really good services, Thank you Jason and Joe, hopefully Ill trade my TC for your Ferrari 456? in your show room after I graduate. lol

I purchased my dream car from CH Auto and had a wonderful experience. I purchased a used 2001 Honda Prelude SH. I live out of state so this was a sight unseen car. My trust was left in Kim and Joes hands. These guys were amazing! I not only was picked up from the airport but they shocked me with the entire process. The car was in better condition then they had explained in the ad. They went the extra mile and repaired items to ensure it would be safe to drive home. No charge, no questions asked. I have been to too many used car dealers in the whole southern Caifornia. I have found my perfect match of Lexus Sc430 for my wife. She is very very happy with this purchase. I will be back to buy more cars later when our kids grow up. Thank you Jason!
