Ive been into cars for a long time, and I know that if you want bang for your buck you should to buy used. With that comes some risk, as you can never be completely sure that the car you are buying is in sound condition. I started looking to replace the car Ive been driving since college and I tried a bunch of different cars at many different dealerships. It soon becomes clear that the experience at a dealership can vary, and more often than not used car dealers can be a sleazy bunch. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Alpha Cars. Rather than getting right into the car and trying to move the buying process along as quickly as possible, Fernando (the sales manager) first took me on a tour of their service department, showing me all of the high end equipment and OEM parts they use on all of their cars. After walking through their showroom and talking about some of the other cool cars they had in their inventory, we sat down in the car I came to see. Fernando insisted he drive first, and went through all the cars features in detail. He really knew his stuff. Id done a lot of research on this model, so I knew everything there was to know, but it was incredibly reassuring hearing him speak confidently about the ins and outs of the vehicle. The vehicle itself was in top notch condition, and after seeing their facilities and speaking with a number of their service technicians, I felt confident putting down a deposit, and then later on, buying the car. Also would like to mention that the office staff was incredibly helpful and patient with me. This was my first car buying experience, and they helped guide me through all the paperwork. Overall excellent experience.

Bottom line--a fantastic car buying experience. Their selling line, "Expect to be Impressed", really sums up the experience. Their used cars are top of the line, fully detailed and mechanically checked out. Their sales approach is no pressure, fact-based from true car experts. i was looking for a great condition, low mileage used VW Tiguan for a couple of months, found one here, and the whole experience was easy. They replaced the turbocharger under warranty before delivery, and after the purchase, Skip in their Service Department, replaced a battery in one the key fobs that was not working, and last week, repaired a slow leak in a tire that was caused by driving into a screw. Check them out--you wont be disappointed.

Just took delivery of my new Ural Gear-Up. Deliveryman, Chip, was fantastic. Full of advice and info on how to ride my new sidecar outfit. Purchase was pleasant and painless. Brad was a very good salesman (read not pushy). Knowledgeable about the product and its history. Fun guy to talk to. Facilities were immaculate. Didnt go into the shop area, but drove by an open garage door, and it looked clean and organized. Overall I am very happy with the experience. When I want to upgrade to a Ural with all the bells and whistle, Ill be back to Alpha Cars// Ural of New England. My advice-- Go buy a Ural!!

"What An Experience!"

Was looking for a first car for my daughter and bumped into a coverable VDub online. She like the pics so much that we drove well over an hour to go see it at Alpha.. I was expecting to wind up at some main st. used car lot that has credit for anyone, so boy was I surprised.. This place is awesome! I was like a kid in a candy store.. The dealership is gorgeous and loaded with cool and very unique inventory.. All that was great but the experience they created was incredible! Everyone there was awesome, and Marian made the transaction go smooth as silk, but I need to tip my hat to Fernando.. He went so far out of his way to make this special time exceptional for my daughter.. Far and away the most fun I have had buying a car; ever! So glad we found them, even more for a great experience then the great car we got.. We will be back even at 1.5hrs away.. (BTW I very rarely ever write reviews, but it was that good! )

Let me start out saying, leaving four states and four hours away in Pocono Mts. PA. What a great experience I had with Dmitry and Brad, buying a new Gear-up. Being a senior citizen, not up on all the cellphone pictures and texting, and e-mails that had to be done, out of state. My son took care of all that. Brad was wonderful, being very patient and understanding with all that as well. Got to Ural New England on Sunday morning, a few hours earlier than they would normally be open. Thank Brad for that!! Everything was ready to go as promised. Started to do final paperwork and spent more time swapping stories than any little paperwork that had to be done. All accessories I purchased were wrapped and boxed up with great care. Also, want to thank service dept. and office staff for saving me a lot of time that day. Returned home at the Pocono Mts. PA. A day later, my son, that helped me so much with all of the transactions I had to do, took the Gear-up to my grandsons school to pick them up on their last day of school, for the year. Had a tremendous buying experience here. Dmitry, Fernando and Olga were all friendly, fair and knowledgeable. What stood out was not only the quality of the car I bought, but the extent that they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thanks to NH law, I needed someone from the dealership to drive the car 45 minutes to my hometown DMV so I could register the car before being able to officially drive it. They worked around my schedule to make this work. They also paid for new floor mats as well as a new (very expensive) key, and they did this after I already bought the car. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality previously owned vehicle.

As a car guy I have always enjoyed looking at AlphaCars website to see what new and interesting cars they have in inventory. The other day a 5 Series BMW caught my eye, so I stopped in to "just take a quick look". The moment I walked through the door I knew I was in a special place where they appreciated good cars as much as I did. The show rooms are tastefully decorated with automotive memorabilia and you feel like you have crossed the pond and are in Europe. After a while I met Fernando and Olga. We started talking cars, not just specifications of the cars but talking about cars. There is a real passion for what they do. They not only know about the cars they are selling but are part of the car community and culture. After a very pleasant discussion I decided to buy the BMW. The process was smooth and easy. They did all of the running to the registry, got the car inspected and delivered the 2013 BMW looking like it just came out of the factory. AlphaCars is a real find. I will be going back there again and again.

I also should add that Dmitry, his charming wife Olga, and the rest of the Alpha Cars family were there for me not only throughout the sales process, but also during the post sales and even now. Every time I have a question about the motorcycle, whether is about accessories, parts or maintenance, Dmitrys and his teams answers will come promptly within less than 24 hours. Always genuine and always helpful. This is worth a lot to me because although I am not a mechanic, Ural motorcycles lend themselves nicely to do it yourself maintenance. Goes without saying, that i would absolutely recommend Ural Motorcycles or New England and Alpha Cars to anybody looking to buy a vehicle from them. I recently purchased a 2002 Mazda Miata from AlphaCars and it was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. The car was in excellent shape and Dmitry and his team replaced the brakes, tires, timing belt and did other minor repairs until the car was in outstanding condition. They were very knowledgable about the car and its history. We were in a bit of a rush to pick up the car due to travel plans and Dmitry and the team were able to prepare the car and get it registered for us in a little over a day. From the time we walked into the dealership, until we drove off, this was the best car buying experience weve had!
