My mom took her car in for service ONLY because someone called her telling her that they werent suppose to charge her for a oil change the first time and when the lights go on again to bring it in and it will be free. She took it in, the guy helping her said he will take care of it, then charges my mom over $100. Then Sam calls me to ask me about the experience and told me that I should have told the guy to ask what my mom was signing before telling her to sign. If the guy didnt say hell take care of it I wouldve told my mom to leave. Sam then says that she will have her director call me before I do the survey. Its been 5 days and no call so heres your survey review. Thanks a lot service team. We will never be coming back.

older inherited 2003 Honda Civic Mothers little old lady car.. 60k mint condition.. driven cross country NJ->CA no problems... But needed lots of work ... timing, tuneup, battery draw, misfires, front end shimmy, etc... etc... Service rep Bobby went through the complete 14 year maintenance file, and recommended what was critical vs. nice to have... Did not condescend to me, as I am very car/mechanic savvy.. everything fixed, car is amazing..

To diagnose a check engine warning light, it was determined a faulty thermostat. When the check engine warning light reappeared following the recommended repair, my service advisor Teddy Mui was very responsive in reassessing the problem at no charge the next day. The check engine warning light disappeared and no problems were identified. I found Honda Serramonte service always gave excellent customer service, even though I had not schedule an appointment.

I purchased a new Honda Civic at Serramonte Honda ten years ago. I have been very happy with the service I have received there over those ten years--particularly from the service advisor Darrell Wilson. The shuttle service they provide has been valuable to me as a senior with health issues that age can bring. Today at the time of service I found that the shuttle only operates within a 5 mile radius. My home is about 8 miles away. One of the reps at the desk said they could drop me at Stonestown--about 2.5 miles from my home. The other suggested I sit and wait for my car. Neither of these is a viable option for me. Luckily the service manager said he could extend the 5 mile distance a bit. Great for today but I really dont want to have to beg for a shuttle ride every time I need service. So I am for all intents and purposes losing my trusted service provider and Serramonte Honda is losing a loyal customer. Love my Honda! Will soon be in the market for a new car and it unfortunately wont be a Honda as convenient service is for me part of the deal.
