"Great Car Buying Experience"
In all my years of car shopping I have never written a review but this time I felt I had to!!! This was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had. I went to Honda because 2 of my daughters got cars there and they were both very happy. Tom Grover and Biff Fenerty were two of the nicest men. I was looking for a CRV but decided on an HRV. They both were very friendly, knowledgeable, neither were pushy in fact they were very patient and I believe honest with me. I am sure I got a Great car and a Great deal as did my daughters. I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family. I gave it 5 stars but would give 10 if I could. Thank you Tom and Biff I will be a returning customer!!!!! I LOVE my new car!!!!
""do Whatever You Want We Are The Number One""
We probably should have read the reviews before purchasing here. We were given a special deal through USAA and headed over to met with the rep would had sent us the email. When arriving we were told he works next door at Toyota and we should walk over (not far, but no one was willing to pick up the phone and call over to let him know we were coming). Walked to Toyota and found out he wasnt in that day and he wouldnt be able to help us anyways because we needed to be over at Honda, the Woman at Toyota said to hang on and made us an appointment at Honda, because "they would make you wait otherwise" and back over to Honda we went. Had such a nice buy experience Gary and were happy when we left and were all ready to meet them at the DMV on Friday morning to pick up the car and then it all went downhill. They would not be delivering that day as promised, even though that was agreed upon at the time of sale. We asked to speak with Gary, but hes not in they will call him and call us back. After a while they get back to us and said he had no idea what we were talking about and he would call us over the weekend. We were very upset and talked about canceling the sale of the car and getting one local and the guy said "GO AHEAD AND CANCEL IT I DONT CARE" Wow. I called and spoke with a very sweet girl Adele maybe who took the time to listen to my concerns and find out that the real issue was that accounting/finance had not processed our payment yet. Even though she was not able to help she was very helpful to me. Its now Monday and im still waiting for Gary to call and each time I call no one knows where the car is or when its going to be delivered. Gary has been "in a meeting" and is apparently the only person that can help me. In my opinion he has been the car sales that everyone has nightmares about - Say whatever you have to to make the sale - over promise and under deliver.
"Love The Car But Hated The Buying Process!!"
Very disappointing experience. Instead of appreciating my business and making the purchase of a new car a smooth one, I had to call multiple times to even be able to pick up my car. Never received a phone call that there apparently was an issue in locating the title of the car I had originally signed the papers for. Once i returned to sign the paperwork again, I was told I would receive a phone call when my registration is in to get my inspection sticker. Of course I never received that phone call either. Called myself only to be told that the insurance company (not the one I actually put on file with them) does not have me as a costumer. Knowing I had given them the correct insurance information I asked why I didnt at least get a phone call so it could be fixed. I was met with a rude response. The woman at the desk promised to work on it and call me back within the hour. And again, I never received a phone call. I ended up driving back to the dealership to talk to someone in person. My registration was at the desk and 45 min later I got the inspection sticker. Bad costumer service starting with the sales person and ending with their inability to make a simple phone call. Would not recommend buying a car from there.

Our salesman was Amine Abad. He was very informative, clear , and polite. in his presentation. On the day we took delivery Amine, again went over and demonstrated all the equipment on our new Honda.He followed up with a call the next day to make sure we were happy.

My experience at Boch Honda made me a costumer for life. My salesman Amado was knowledgeable, patient and able to guide me to buy the right car for my family as I was torn between Pilot and Odyssey, even between new or used. thanks to him and his expertise he led to buy the right car for the right price, a brand new 2016 Odyssey. A big thanks to the sales manager Juldeh ( a true master and a great asset to Boch Honda). they gave me an excellent trade value( more than 2 other big dealerships), they were upfront and reasonable. I felt taken care of from the minute I walked in. A big thumbs up for Alex Sanchez making the numbers work for me. Keep up the good work and I hope to come see you guys personally next time I come to upgrade my Accord.

"Very Disappointing Experience"
Really disappointed with my experience at Boch. We asked for an online quote of a Honda Pilot and got a really great price. I made an appointment to test drive. When I got there, the car I got a quote on was not (apparently it had been sold, but still appeared on the inventory list for the salesperson). Boch then tried to sell me a 2017 version (I wanted a 2016 version) for several thousand dollars more and basically said why should they make any deals with me when they have all year to sell the car (I was actually willing to compromise with them and agreed to pay several thousand more than I expected). The sales person actually seemed frustrated with his sales manager and not with me for not being willing to compromise on a mistake they made. In the end, I went to a different car dealership, got the car I wanted and at a better price than was quote originally by Boch. Very disappointing experience.

"No Nonsense Car Purchase"
Was looking for used Ridgeline and saw that Boch had one the met my requirements. 1st visit was no nonsense review and test drive. Edison provided me with all the information that I needed. It took me a few days to finish my research and Edison respected that I needed the time and provided just the facts of what waiting a few days meant (no pressure to buy now). When I decided to buy this car, the negotiations were straight forward. I would recommend anyone to shop at Boch.
"Better Inventory Check"
Everyone that I spoke to was nice at this dealership. I just wish they couldve informed me that the car I was inquiring about was sold before I drove an hour and a half to come test drive it. They did offer to fill my tank up which was cool but my tank was full already. So thats it nothing to serious. Just a little bit of some wasted time and inconvenience but no big deal. I was mad at first but what are you gonna do. I ended up finding the same car just a year older with a little more miles on it but a lot cheaper so its kind of a blessing in disguise type of thing. Im not going to recommend this dealership to anyone just because of my personal experience with them but Im sure its fine if youre going to buy a new Honda just not a used car. Lesson learned- make sure Boch or any dealership for that matter didnt sell the car that you are excited to buy before going there. P.s- This is my first review I have ever written about anything.

"Worst Dealer"
I would give them less then one star if that was an option, they made my car buying experience worst. we went to purchase Honda accord sport at Boch, our salesperson was Garry who had very little knowledge of vehicle, i have to say finance guy was very nice , we purchased the remote starter installation with new car they promised that car will be ready in two days, Next two days no update even after repeated calls , after three days we received call from salesperson that car is ready in morning, we called 10 times after to confirm the time of pickup but no care at that dealership so at the end we went there, they handed the keys like they doing favor to me (like its courtesy vehicle) and there was no remote starter installed ,when i asked they looked surprised and then gave me option that there guy will come and install that at my house very next day, but after even week they never contacted they even dont answer my calls, still waiting for my remote starter. I never recommend anyone buying from them they don"t care once you purchase the car.

While it helps that they have a great product, my purchase was an excellent 2014 Honda Accord Sedan with which I am very satisfied, the entire staff including Amin Abad, the representative who worked with me, were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood all my options without (and this is important to me) being super high pressure about it. Im really looking forward to driving my "new" car a lot (even in Boston traffic).

Average car buying experience except couldnt get the CRV I wanted on a lease. Made me fill out paperwork for an EX but had to lease LX. Overall everyone tried to be nice and they did get me .9% APR. I also had to rollover negative equity and they were good about that process.
"Awful Sales Experience"
Went in to get information about the new Ridgeline and was told very disrespectfully what the rules of the purchase would be. It was like they assumed I couldnt pay sticker. I know it is a new model. I know the rules. I am not a recent high school grad with a lack of purchasing history. My husband and I have bought many cars and a few from there. The service team is always great. The sales team WAS always great. Dont even recognize the faces anymore. RUDE. CONDESCENDING. Also, I look through all these reviews to see if its just me.. oddly.. since I have been servicing and buying cars from there for so long.. some of the reviews are from the staff about themselves. Doesnt sound like thats a good business practice.. Just my two cents.

I purchased a car here three years ago cash . It wasnt a bad experience . Now I go back to purchase one for my husband and let me tell you the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced . To get someone on the phone is difficult . Then when you do get someone on the phone they keep transferring you . Never again

"Amine Abad And My New 2016 Crv"
I just entered into my 3rd lease with Boch Honda and a 2016 CRV. I dealt with Amine Abad the last 2 times and dont ever want to deal with anyone else! Im sure most of the other sales people are good too, but Amine goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave happy. He is professional and never makes you feel pressured. When I went to pick up my new CRV, Amine was tied up with another customer. A different sales guy started the process of switching my plates from the old car to the new. Amine noticed he had put a rusted screw into the plate on the new car and he immediately replaced all of the screws with brand new ones! He truly cares about his customers and it shows. Thanks again Amine!! See you in a couple of years for my new CRV :)
"False Advertisement Price."
They advertise the 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E way bellow MSRP price, when I called them to make sure that they will honor that they say " No, this is a mistake I will let manager know about it." The mistake that has been there for a month and it is STILL THERE.

I went to Boch Honda on May 31 to buy my first set of wheels. Within minutes of entering the dealership, we were set up with Amine - an excellent, knowledgeable, efficient sales representative. Amine helped me narrow down vehicles upon minutes of telling him what features were a must. I walked out that day buying a 2013 Honda CRV (absolutely beautiful!) and it feels like a brand new car to me. Although getting a car for the first time is overwhelming, with Amines help the process went surprisingly smoothly. He also recommended insurance agencies and also helped have the car delivered since I was unable to return that week due to work. He is easy to contact w/ any questions and I appreciate his help at Boch honda.

"Great Price Poor Experience"
If you are looking for a great price, Boch is for you. However, be prepared for a poor buying experience and inexperienced sales staff. Unfortunately, I knew more about the model I was purchasing that the sales person. They brought over help but that wasnt much better, they finally brought over a sales manager who was able to answer our questions. Everything goes through the sales person is what you are told, unfortunately the sales person could not generate a correct sales contract or price the dealer add ons (floor mats etc...). So you wait and wait and wait. Delivery of the car was as poor as the sales person. Since the sales person doesnt know the product how can they explain the technical options? They cant. To make matters worse the car didnt have all the dealer ons installed when the car was ready for delivery. So you wait again. Be prepared. Got a great car at a great price but the overall experience was poor.

Lloyd was extremely helpful in identifying the right pre-owned car for my needs, and then working with me to secure the purchase at a price I was happy with. Even after that work was done, Lloyd went the extra mile in dealing with some specific needs that I had with respect to vehicle pickup and other options. He is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I will be calling Lloyd next time I need a car.

As I have purchased three cars from Boch Honda over the last 25 years this seemed like the right place to start when it was time to think about replacing my 2008 CRV. Things started off a bit rocky with a less experienced sales person but as soon as Gary Lee (Sr. Sales Rep) stepped in, the process moved quickly and I received the best service I could imagine. Gary and others involved understood that buying a new car didnt have to be just an okay experience, it had the potential to be a great experience and they did everything within their powers to make me a very happy customer. Shopping for a car is frankly out of my comfort zone, this is the reason why I sent my wife to several dealerships before she narrowed it down to Boch Honda, Norwood. Billy Varkas did not pressure her which was the reason why I decided to go down there and make a deal. We went on a Saturday and Monday, I was driving my certified 2013 Honda EX-L. The entire staff was helpful and courteous, including finance, JD, Kevin, and the other sales reps, Mike, Dennis which I shared some family experiences with and had some laughs. "Tom Grover And Billy Varkas Are The Best"
I had purchased 4 other Hondas before this one. All 5x I have had WONDERFUL experiences with Tom Grover and the sales people. This time certainly was different as I leased my CRV 6 months ago. But when my family increased over night I just needed something larger without drowning in penalties and a large monthly payment Tom G went over and above his efforts to make this happen. Billy Varkas was more than patient with me when it came to color, what was inside and all my questions as this was my first Odessey I was purchasing I wanted all the bells and whistles that I had in my CRV This was just a GREAT experience and everyone is happy with plenty of room now ; )
