Felipe Hernandez made our buying experience easy. He was able to answer our questions, not agressive. He was friendly, a "real" person. He had to locate the exact car we requested, and bring it to the dealership. The Costo program was the way to go, liked it! All the staff were friendly, laughing and having a good time. The finance department was great too. Great experience!

First time buyer of a Honda.. have to say love the car... have only taken it in the service four times since owning and everyone very nice, helpful... once because I could not figure out how to make the display brighter I figured they would think really, but all the service person said, thats what we are here for... Wesley Graves was great to work with. We found him honest, knowledgeable, and understanding. No high pressure just facts and a genuine interest in getting it right.He gave us the space and time to come to our decision. We truly felt that he wanted to do what was best for us and not sell us something we would not be happy with. I bought an eight-year-old vehicle without seeing it, based on the salesmans description. There were a few minor, typical issues that came up when I arrived to take delivery - but nothing that would keep me from going through with the purchase. Three days later I noticed an oil leak. I contacted Bob, the sales manager, who immediately took responsibility. The diagnosis was a leaking rear main oil seal - a relatively serious and expensive repair. They took care of everything, including a rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. They did a great job with the repair and made sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. Im impressed. Thank you, Bob.
