This is the second time Ive taken my van at this dealership and both times, the advisors doesnt introduce themselves. So when I call, yes I have to call and check if my car is ready after 7 hours (i drop the car off by 8 and I call after 3) when they ask who my advisor was I have had to say I dont know, was never told their name. Great customer service starts with the greeting, and theirs is less than mediocre. Here, they tell you to go straight to the cashier for your car pick up so no review with the advisor happens unless you specifically seek them out. Anyway, again second time in a row they tell me over the phone my car is ready, but the cashier doesnt have the papers ready. Cashier still has to call the advisor before the advisor processes the papers! This was just a regular maintenance and I was asked if I wanted a car wash, I said yes and yet when I picked up my car it was unwashed! I adkes the advisor and she said they did wash it, I told her they didnt bec all the dirt was still there. She did offer to take it in, but after 7 hrs of my van being there, it was just irritating that I would have to wait longer especially I am with my little kids! This place is very disappointing!

I bought a used car and didnt discover oil later that the tires were bald. When I bought my car in for service, two days later the maintenance light came on. I have to make another trip to the dealer to get it reset. :(

I brought my Camry in for 6 month service on 04/08/2017, staff is very friendly and I am overall satisfied with service. However there were 3 items that were not satisfactory, I asked for car to be washed and it was not. I have not been able to setup Entune application suite, I notified them of problem they tried to setup but received same error message I received "VIN not Valid" the young lady took my name and number and said she would call me back and I have not heard back yet. The last thing I requested was a "wallet" for car owners manuals, she informed they did not have extras.
