Im happy that I came across this family owned business. Ramsey and Ronny are truly exceptional. They made it a stress free buying experience for me and my family. We got our daughter her first car (06 Jeep Wrangler) and shes very happy. And they dont just leave you behind after the purchase. When I had problem with the Jeep, Ramsey immediately asked for the car to be brought in, no questions asked. I live an hour away and he got me a loaner car which was ready when I came in first thing in the morning. The very next day, Ronny called that the Jeep is ready. They even offered to give them a call anytime with any questions about the Jeep (service or non-service related). That is a great customer service! Wishing them more success.

"Worth The 2 Hr. Ride"
Let me start by saying its not too often when lookimg online you see every thing in a vehicle. But with Ramsey Corp. you get almost evey square inch of the vehicle with the pictures they take and load on the web site. Now I live 2 hrs from the dealership and when I got there I found nothing hidden that I couldnt see online. We started looking for a vehicle on a whim because she wanted to get rid of her Town and Country for something four wheel drive that could seat eight. So she found this Yukon XL that she really like and had what she wanted. All I can say is from the first phone call to the day we brought it home was a pleasure to deal with. (Unusual when buying a used vehicle anymore.) But Frank was great to work with. We did a preaproval over the phone, and he went through all his brokers/banks to get us the best rates and % to get our payments where we wanted. Now with my schedule it was going to be a few days before I could do anything. But throughout the week Frank was back and forth with my wife to fill her in on the processes with the lenders. He went back and forth to do the "haggling" with them and ended up getting better rates and payments. At no time did we feel pressured to buy the vehicle which was nice, along with we didnt have to go through the bartering processe. He gave us a great value on our trade in and a good price on the Yukon XL. Now granted my wife went a year older and a few miles more but it was what she wanted. We test drove the vehicle and it rode great, and everything worked as it should. She was very happy with it. We got back and Frank had all the paperwork ready for the lender we chose to go with and an hour later we were on our way home. It was a great pleasure and Frank went above and beyond. We were loyal to our last dealership and bought our last 2 vehicles from there but unfortunately they couldnt find what we wanted, for the price we wanted, and without being older or just beat up. So she started looking and found what she liked. She called and asked questions and Frank was attentive and very willing to help. So with that being said we will defiantly look at our next vehicle there. (Hopefully not for a few more years. Lol) It was well worth the time and drive. Thank you for the professionalism and a good experience from start to finish.

Just took delivery of my second car this year. There can be no better recommendation than a repeat customer, and it only took me four months to pull the trigger a second time. You just cant wear these people out. They sell used cars, so of course there are concerns to address during the process, after the initial test drive, etc. But, Boom! Problems were solved, and my ride home of 150 miles (I missed my exit on 287) was worth all the time and effort of buying (now) two cars from an out of state used car dealer 100 miles from my home. Try these folks. Theyll make it work!

Thank you Pat, Ramsey, Frank and Ron (in the order I met them on day one of a three day visit). Day one: Drove 92 miles one way from the PA Poconos to test the water on their advertised claim of "guaranteed approval." I was thinking about an SUV to upgrade my dogs ride (hes a VERY large dog). Then, I test drove two SUVs, and fell in love with one. On day one, Im approved on two cars! First promise kept! Threw them a curve on day two: changed my mind on the car I was in love with Day 1, and test drove two more, while the Ramsey Team kept their cool and continued to offer up possibilities that might work for me. On day two I fell in love again, but asked them to address a minor issue I noted on the test drive. Day three, I returned to find that they had responded to and solved the issue, at their expense, and my car had two new tires and new brake pads all around. Another promise kept!, and I drove home in my superb 2012 GMC Acadia, which fit my credit situation perfectly and suits me and my dog Bernie to a "T-bone." Theyve been at this for a while, and they had a well-deserved good reputation long before I stumbled upon them, but I just want to add my appreciation for three days well-spent, and my thanks for their patience and kindness. Excellent experience doing business with them. I ride a bus to get there and it takes me 5 hours, but it still worth it. I tried several dealers around Long Island and NY. NJs dealers are much better than Brooklyn‘s. Even you take a taxi to get to Ramsey Corp., you wont regret. Ramsey, Jimmy, Frank and all the others are so friendly. I am a Disabled American Veteran and was treated with the utmost respect at Ramsey Corp. My wife and I just bought a 2011 BMW X5 xDrive35d and the entire sales experience was wonderful! They gave us the car for about 3 hours to have our own mechanic go over everything on the car, gave us a Carfax on the car that had full details on every service performed on the car, they even performed a full service and safety inspection and repair on the car before selling it to us. There were no high pressure sales calls to us when we werent there the next day to buy the car, there were no "lets get a deposit" pressures from the sales team. I recently purchased a used GMC Yukon Denali XL at Ramsey Corp and can tell you this was the most user friendly experience I have ever had buying a car. From the moment I met them I was thrilled with how different they were from the typical clowns running a dealership. Frank understands about taking care of his customers and that is so important. Anytime I called or emailed them - they would always get back to me very quickly. I bought a Mercedes R350 from Ramsey Corp. I am a heavy researcher, I knew exactly what I did and didnt want and was extremely limited on price. The car is quite rare. I had seen a few other examples which were very shabby and with higher mileage. This vehicle is truly loaded and was a great price/condition/super low miles/impeccable CarFax. It was more than I could spend but a much better condition than I could afford. Ramsey Corp worked hard with me to a price we could all stomach. I traveled 90 mins with 3 small children, husband and mother to look at this. They fed and entertained everyone so I could be very thorough (possibly embarrassingly so if you ask my family!) There was no pressure just incredible hospitality and honesty. I have waited a month to give my review because I wanted to drive it, ascertain their follow-up for paper work (I am out of state) and have had my local Mercedes dealer pick over the car. I am thrilled to say it is fabulous, perfect and has checked out to be even better than what was sold to me. I cannot recommend Ramsey Corp enough. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement.

Came here on a rainy day, with the mindset that we were going to be turned away. My wife owed 6k on a car worth 3k and its been nothing but a headache. With high hopes, we walked in. We were greeted by Jerry (who interrupted his lunch to get us started) and never tried to sway us or make us look at anything else. We had a specific car in mind, and we worked together to get what we wanted. The place was as quiet as a rainy day would have been, and we had no problem to munch on some bagels and drink coffee while we waiting for our credit to be run. Frank was assisting another customer, but still had time to walk over and thank us for stopping in and to apologize for the wait. He was cordial, sincere, and didnt look down or condescend to us. A very stand-up guy if you ask me. We get to sit down with Frank and go over financing options, and although we had to put more of a down payment than we wanted (not his fault, blame our credit) he still endeavored to give us the best deal possible. He went out, looked at our trade in, and bumped up what he was giving us. I suppose when youve been doing this for more than 30 years, you can tell when someone really wants a certain car. Not once was I hassled, lied to, or misled. In fact, when I brought up concerns regarding a very slight issue with the vehicle, Frank had his son go out and take a look. When he returned to the office, he apologized for any delay and did not dodge or redirect any questions. If I had known about the professionalism and respect that customers got here, I wouldnt have gone all the way to CT for my Mustang. Excellent job here by the folks at Ramsey Corp., and honestly, if dealers were all like this, no one would be wary of em in the first place! Kudos to the Ramsey team.

I purchased a car from them in September. I should have known when I got there and the car was no where to be found. They were aware I was coming to see it and I had to wait about 1/2 hour for the car to arrive. When it arrived it was filthy. I think now it was at the repair shop. They told me on the phone I was approved a 15% but of course when I got there it jumped to 24%. The car did not have an oil change, it had bad tires, it was never prepared for sale. No fresh fluids. Now it needs a crank case, a drive shaft, according to my repair shop the rear wheel is cocked like it was in an accident although they said it was never in an accident. The car has steering problems. It has been nothing but a nightmare and the dealer conveniently doesnt return phone calls or emails. Go somewhere else to buy a car. Dont spend your hard earned money here. Horrible experience.

I drove out from Long Island to look at a Ford Fusion they had listed. I had spoken with Jerry beforehand and left a deposit on the car and told him Id be there around 4 on Wednesday. He gave me a rough appraisal over the phone with my car which sounded good so I took the trip. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and then the general manager, Frank, came over and introduced himself. He said Jerry was on his way back from moving a car and he offered to get the Fusion for me but I said Ill just look around since they did have some pretty unique cars on the floor. Once Jerry came back he introduced himself and showed me the car outside which looked as described. We then took a test drive while he looked over my trade in, which both went well. He wound up giving me more on my trade after looking it over which was definitely nice. The Fusion was pretty well priced but we still agreed on a little lower because, well, thats what you do with used cars. Credit app took 15 minutes and Frank wasnt pushy at all with warranties or that sort of stuff. Overall I was in and out of the dealer in about an hour and a half total with my new car which was very good. Long story short: -Nice looking dealer with a good selection, few unique cars (supercharged 08 Mustang GT!) -Friendly staff, very polite -Good trade in for my car -Good price on their car and financing rate -Included a 3 month warranty for the car -Didnt keep me waiting for hours -NO hidden fees at all. Jerry told me exactly what Id be paying over the phone and that was it, nothing extra. Tax, DMV, and a document fee which is normal. NO dealer prep fees, cleaning fees, hidden down payments, hidden charges or anything. Definitely a place to check out if they have a car you like.

I purchased a vehicle from Ramsey for a price that was well over book value, with the understanding that the car was under a limited warranty for 30 days and the emissions inspection would be guaranteed. Before even purchasing the car, I had made a list of several concerns (some mechanical, some cosmetic, ie: check engine light was on, needed new tires, molding on side of car broken, tear along seam in soft top, etc.). I worked with Frank and he agreed to address my concerns with his mechanic and call me when the car was in better shape. I live over an hour away from this dealership, so it was a long haul to return back. When I returned, most of the cosmetic things were taken care of to my satisfaction, however there were a few things that I now realize in hindsight should have been red flags. The mechanical things I was not sure about, but I trusted that they had been taken care of. Regardless, I proceeded with the purchase. I returned home after an hour and a half drive and the remote control lock system was not working. The battery was not dead because the car was responding by making the "beep" sound and the lights were flashing. But the locks were not moving. I thought ok, big deal... I can deal with this by locking it manually for a few days until I can get back to Ramsey over the weekend. Well then, next time I got in the car, the check engine light came back on. At this point, I picked up the phone. Ramsey assured me the car could be repaired, I just had to bring it back to them (trip #3 out there). Fine. Over the next day or so, I started smelling strong gasoline fumes. I decided it was time to bring the car to my own mechanic to see what was going on. Turns out, Ramsey did not do some of the things they had claimed. In fact, my mechanic advised me not to even drive the car because it still had its original timing belt at almost 140,000 miles. After being persistent with phone calls (which involved Ramseys head mechanic shouting at me "whats the problem?" a few times, and one of the other rude sales people telling me that I was asking for too many repairs), I was able to get in touch with Frank. Despite all of the trouble I went through with this experience, I will say that Frank is a decent and reasonable person. After explaining to me that he would be unable to make the repairs (even though they related to emissions which was supposed to be guaranteed and the engine which was supposedly covered under the limited warranty), he arranged for his staff to come out to my mechanic, where the car was and tow the vehicle back to his lot at his expense. He also refunded me 100% for the purchase of the car. Although I am disappointed and out quite a bit of additional money for gas and the mechanics fee, not to mention I spent the majority of the day waiting around for the tow truck, I am happy that I at least got my money back. Therefore, as I stated above, proceed but with caution!

Every car that I asked to see was brought to the front of the location and I was able to test drive them all. It was great no rush, no looking over you shoulder, and no you must buy now. I was able to not only buy want I wanted but also get a good price. I will be going back to Ramsey to buy my wife, son, and father-in law their cars next year. The service was great, the selection of cars was outstanding and even after the snow they were clean. The style of the dealership was real family style from the young lady at the front desk to the gentleman who brought me each car with a smile in the cold. After looking for this specific veh. (2005-2006 Black Chevy Tahoe Z-71) for about a year, I come across this 2005 model being sold by Ramsey Corp. I was very patient in my search so after doing my own research on this veh (miles, condition..etc.) as well as reading the reviews on this dealership (of course you cant please everyone) I was satisfied in making contact. I must say my personal experience was "Outstanding" ! Thumbs up all around to the staff.. from the receptionist to Frank the General Manager as well as the service dept. and everone involved. Again you cant please everyone and one must have a realistic view in purchasing a used veh. but to say the least they were straight forward , honest and very pleasant. Contacted directly about a car listed online, was very interested in purchasing. They never got back to me.

Bought a car from here, 2004 Cavalier, with a warranty. I had the car about a week, broke down on the side of the highway due to a bad fuel pump, ok thats a reasonable issue they may not have determined... I was given a loaner car to use but it smelled, was dirty, had a check engine light on, and an expired inspection, luckily I did not get pulled over. Then, picked the car up, went to get an inspection and it failed, no front brakes, even though I was told it was all checked and changed before I picked it up at the original purchase, and it was just in for service less than a week before. Next, the front axel was broken, the dealership refused to pay to replace the axle because it was not covered in the warranty, at this point the car had already been to their shop twice and I had owned the car for 2 weeks. Next, I had gas shooting from my tank every time I filled up, also not their problem even though they had just replaced the fuel pump. Shady service, a fight every step of the way, and more lies. I would not suggest buying anything from this dealership unless you would let to get the run around and poor repairs done.
