When I stepped out of my truck a service advisor immediately asked if he could help me. I gave him my name and appt time. He explained to me exactly what was going to be done to my truck and a time frame the job would be completed. I also mentioned I was going to walk to the 24 hour fitness and would return in a couple of hours. He told dont bother walking and would have an employee give me a ride to the gym.
