Do waste your time with this dealer. I dont write reviews but I am forced to write one as my experience was horrible. Theyve quoted my on purchasing my car thru cars.com. Their bid was about $2000 higher than other dealers. I read their bad reviews was was kind of skeptical.. but I still went. First, the sales person inspected my vehicle, then he wanted me to talk to his boss. Waited.. waited.. finally his boss came. He asked me if I was going to purchase another vehicle... He wanted me to buy the car from him. Then he started talking about offering me $10k below what they have quoted online (my car is almost new, no accident, pristine condition). I asked him why is it so much different than what he had quoted.. His answer was that price is based on "consignment". I asked him what do you mean consignment? He said leave the car with him for 30 days, if he sells it, he will pay me the amount he offered me thru cars.com.. I asked him "what if you cant sell it?" His answer.. "We will give your car back" I told him that he is wasting my time and walked out. DO NOT go waste your valuable time with this dealer. The owner pretty much runs this place with micromanaging his employees, and RUDE to his employees. If you want to sell your car, please dont visit this dealer. They waste your valuable time. Read more reviews on this dealer. There is a reason their review sucks. I mean it.

"All The Cars Have Major Problems To Be Fixed"
Went un to check out a car and was about to test drive it but we left the car idling while he moved the other cars around after a few minutes the car starts to smoke up he says there is nothing wrong with it, that its only smoking up because its been sitting for a while. After talking with him for a bit he says that its a minor leak but that they can fix it for a flat rate 8f i decide to buy the car. He takes me to what looks like the owner with his kids playing around the area like its a home, after mentioning the smoke coming out of the car he just laughed and said theirs nothing wrong with a little smoke and expects me to buy the car

The sales representatives were very helpful and friendly, but the Manager or owner was very rude. In addition, the 2002 escalade for sale had a few problems that should depreciate the price. The DVDs do not work and wires from the previous owner of the vehicle are exposed. I would strongly recommend not to deal with this dealer. The owner/ General Manager was very uncooperative and unprofessional. The sales representatives were friendly but the entire deal went down the drain when the manager came in the picture.
"Would Not Contact Me With Answers About A Truck"
I sent an e-mail to this dealer after finding a truck I was interested in. No one bothered to contact me. I bought me a truck elsewhere. This dealer missed a chance with a serious buyer with cash in hand.
"Unsafe Cars"
Went here after seeing ad for a vehicle. Salesperson knew nothing of the car, not even how to its unlock doors. Test driving the car I can feel the transmission is about to go out. Whole time salesperson is playing with his phone and agrees transmission needs work and says it should cost a few thousand to fix. Returning back to lot, he proceeds to show me 2 other cars in the same price range. I noticed immediately, that one cars tires were so worn that the threads were showing. I notified salesperson and his response was "What do you expect for that price". Other vehicle tires were showing cracks on the sidewall. Obviously this dealership does not care about the safety or their clients as he wanted me to test drive the car with bald tires . Well I have filed a health and safety complaint against this dealership with the DMV. Everyone that reads this, if you go there for car beware its probably unsafe to even take it out for a test drive.

No one ever called or e-mailed me in reguard to the car I was interested in. What else can I say, they had a chance they blew there chance.

Tried to sell my car there, the guy was so rude to me. Purchase offer on my vehicle was way lower than the 2 other quotes I got from other dealers. Look at the reviews on the web of this place and there is NOTHING good to be said, getting sued, horrible people, horrible cars. Go somewhere else dont waste your time
