Toyota Pasadena is a must come and check deals! They have great staff. Javier and Richard helped us through the process of looking for a car and they answered all questions and concerns! They showed us a variety of different cars and colors and at the end my daughter got the car she wanted and she loved it. We had gone to a previous dealer and they did not have what we were looking for. We drove all the way from Ontario to come to Pasadena and we totally do not regret it. We were recommended to Javier by a friends and it was a greatful experience being able to purchase my daughters car here. Javier and Richard gave us a great deal on my daughters new 18 Camry! All staff made us feel welcomed and they were very friendly. Sara the financial service lady helped us with closing the contract and agreement and she explained everything to us with detail and we left from Pasadena Toyota with a smile on our face! Alex was our Salesperson. After a disappointing visit to another dealer in Vegas who had sold the car I was after earlier that day, we called Toyota of Pasadena and Alex promised to hold it. He is a man of his word. Test drove it and bought it. Slight delay because it was a Sunday and the finance manager wasnt sure where the form was that would allow us to register it in Nevada rather than California (obviously not a lot of Nevada folks drive to California to buy cars!) however a trip to the dealer next door by Alex produced the relevant form. A long journey to buy a car but a fruitful one and they supplied plenty of coffee to ensure we didnt fall asleep on the way home.

Overall I was quite happy about my experience! I thought since I had done some correspondence via email the "in dealership" process would be quicker, but it was just as lengthy. They were honest and delivered what was promised, I am more equipped to facilitate my next purchase, I would advise anyone to do quite a bit of research ahead of time, especially on the terminology that is used in a lease/purchase agreement so you can better understand what each fee pertains to.

The staff at Toyota of Pasadena are friendly and non threatening. We we went in looking for a Prius, test drove all of them and hated them lol. Liz Cortez helped us by realizing we disliked the Prius and then suggested we test drive the Camry instead; not only was it a great suggestion - we literally fell in love with the Camry. She stayed late so we could test drive new and used versions and then introduced us to the Finance department while we were there to see if they could give us a deal that matched our budget. I would recommend this Dealership and Liz to anyone, and we would also come back to purchase our next car as well.

Just bought my first Toyota at Pasadena Toyota. I dealt with Phil Salman who made my car-buying experience the best one Ive ever had! He was very patient and friendly, and not at all pressurizing. He listened to what I wanted and allowed me to think about the options of trim, and color. I made two trips to the dealership - one to test drive and a week in between to make a decision. During that week, I got several quotes that were lower than what Phil offered. When I came in a week later, I told him the lowest offer I got and he worked with me to match it. He also negotiated on my behalf for a better trade-in for my old car with the resale person. The experience was good. The time he took for the entire process was quick. The entire process (negotiation, trade-in evaluation, sign paperwork, etc.) was 1.5 hours. Fastest Ive experienced in buying a car, and it was all pleasant. I feel Phil dealt with me honestly and fairly. He wasnt out to "get" me and we both benefited from the deal. He has to, after all, make a profit.
