I just purchased a new truck for this location. After taking it home for a few days It started a small rattle. I took it back to dealership the GM Mike assured me it would be handled. I revived a call for the owner Mike asking to describe the noise. He also assured me it would be handled. I received a call it was fixed and ready for pick up. Once at the dealership Mike took me to the truck poped the hood and put his hand on the hose needing adjustments. It was handled and all noise stoped. I have never had a Owner of a dealership go under the hood he is a true car guy and it shows threw his staff. I hate hate hate going to a dealership and speaking with the sales people, because if you have ever had to buy a car you know they just want a commission and will say anything to get it, so I dreaded going in the hot hell sun on the bus to the Nissan in Fontana -yes me and my husband on the bus in Fontana in Aug I might add. What a pleasant surprise, steve greeted us within minutes he gave us 100% of his attention, he was new to the car business coming from bar tending you could tell he has great peoples skills.
