Arrived for my appointment and was quickly attended to by a friendly intake rep, who just happened to be female. I do not have anything against men, but it was nice to interact with another female in the service department, I felt a little more at ease. Next I was helped by service consultant Jessica Angelo. She was thoroughly informed of my vehicles past service and recognized I was 2k miles early for service, and gave me the choice of coming back at a later date or continuing with service. Ms. Angelo could have not informed me of this and just continued with the service sale. I was so grateful she provided this information to me, I continued with the service anyway. She clearly reviewed my vehicle inspection report and provided recommendations. I am so glad to see women entering this male dominated field. This dealers service departments forward thinking will help put more female customers at ease when having their vehicles serviced and lead to increased patronage. You might want to include having female service consultants on your website and advertising. Thank you for a great vehicle service experience.

Checked in with Danny (Great Service Advisor) at my appointment time early on a Saturday Morning. Sat down and enjoyed a nice cup of complimentary hot chocolate and a doughnut. Danny informed me that my rear brakes were bad and gave me the price and approximately how long it would take. I approved the work and Danny immediately informed service to go ahead with the work. My car was done approximately an hour later. Paid my bill and my car was already waiting for me. My service advisor (Danny) is always very pleasant and professional and always keeps me informed of all recommended repairs. Have always been satisfied with the service done to my car at Claremont Toyota.

I was trying to update a previous review, but could not find that information so I am submitting a new review. Zupe was outstanding and made us feel welcomed. He went out of his way to fix the recent experience that we had at Claremont Toyota. He along with Miguel and Tony were more than willing to assist with righting the wrong we felt in our initial experience. It was not the ideal situation, but it was evident that they want to provide great customer service. If at first you dont feel like you are being treated the way you want, ask to speak with a manager; they will make it right.

"Car Damaged While At Toyota For Recall"
I brought my car to Claremont Toyota to get an airbag recall fixed. It took 11 months for the part to come in and during that time Toyota held onto my car. When I went earlier this week to pick it up there was severe damage to the roof of my car that was not present when I dropped it off. Toyota claims that it is sun damage and they will not do anything to fix it. The roof now has a white tint (on a black car) with scratches all across it. Sun Damage does not scratch a car. They also informed me that my battery was dead and would need to be replaced (my battery was only 2 years old when I brought in my car). This was due to them not starting the car enough like they promised me they would do. I was told they would treat my car like the new cars on the lot. I am pretty sure that they would not allow their new cars to be damaged and die while sitting on the lot. I brought my car in to get fixed and I am now leaving with more problems. I only want them to fix the damage they caused but they are refusing to help me. I feel like my request is not unreasonable as it is their fault, but they are making this very difficult. This is just a helpful warning for any people who plan on dealing with Claremont Toyota.

I was very disappointed to have been treated so poorly after being a loyal customer the previous 6 years. I leased my 2 previous Toyota Camrys from Claremont Toyota. However, I will be turning in my vehicle June 15th when my current lease matures and I will never return as a customer. My financial situation recently changed and when I contacted both the sales department and finance department I was treated like I was a nobody and my business was not welcome at Claremont Toyota. All I would have expected was to be treated with kindness and provided clear information, good or bad, but I guess all that matters is a stupid number, not the customer. I did not expect miracles, but to just be brushed off was ridiculous. I was recently approved for a loan at another dealership and I was treated like a human there. You lost a loyal customer today, and they gained a new one.

I would like to comment on the customer service that we receive from Scott. He continuously provides us with excellent service. He has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. We always request Scott to help us when we bring our car in because he goes above and beyond to help us!! We have been bringing our car to Claremont Toyota since we purchased it there in 2007. I have had a few of the same customer service reps wait on me over time that I would not want them to wait on me again. They are kind of impersonal. So now I request Scott or Jeremy. Jeremy also provides excellent service.

My experience at Claremont Toyota was great. I did my research online and I knew exactly what I wanted. I worked with Bruce Wright over the phone and email. He was kind and easy to work with because I was being kind and easy to work with. Bruce gave me a good deal and no other dealership could match it. When I got to the dealership, Calvin Kolanda showed me the car and answered my questions. I decided to buy the car and he brought me into his office to take care of all that necessary paperwork. He was very helpful in explaining all the forms I was signing. Super polite and cool guy! Finally, I had to meet the dreaded F&I guy, Ricky Hernandez, who wasnt that scary at all. Again, he was relaxed and courteous because I was relaxed and courteous. He told me about the warranty and the price-- no pressure, no aggression. Just the facts. We finalized the paperwork, I wrote him a check, and I went home. In-and-out of the dealership in 2.5 hours. And most of that was waiting for them to prep the paperwork and wash my new car. I hope all my future car-buying experiences will be this easy and stress-free. Im sure there are a lot of bad experiences here, but you can put me down as one of the good ones. As long as you treat the staff like human beings, they will reciprocate the kindness.

I had been searching everywhere for a Toyota Corolla 50th anniversary edition and couldnt find one anywhere. I called Claremont before I intended on actually buying one just to see if they had it or knew who did. I talked with Daniel Rossi on the phone and he told me they didnt have one but he did direct me where to go. Long story short, the other dealership did not work out. I came back to Claremont and was interested in buying the car even though I knew I would have to wait for them to get it. Daniel got the exact car I had been looking for and with an amazing deal for someone who is a full time college student with two jobs. We waited just a few hours and the car was delivered. I love my car and I get so many compliments on it wherever I go! I definitely recommend this place, 10/10!

"Does Really Anyone Buy Cars There?"
They start out by trying to fool you and waist your time. On a simple question as asking the price they reply - "You are not ready to buy" Very rude "sales manager". If you want to buy a car and not be fooled then avoid that place at any means.

I am a grad student at a local CSU campus. I applied for the college rebate program which included graduate studies. They told me an AA degree is worth more than graduate work and my grad studies would not apply. The finance person, David, was extremely rude and loudly told me, "Maam, you dont qualify. Give it up!" This person didnt even know the rules for this program. I had to read the exact words from the Toyota web site explaining how grad work counts. I will tell friends and family not to go to this dealer. I cant believe they sell any cars. I am insulted that my graduate studies at a local CSU are not qualified even thought the Toyota website states that graduate studies will qualify for a rebate. I am even more shocked at how well qualified customers (818 credit score) are treated like dirt. Guess they dont many highly educated and well qualified buyers.
