Once the order was finally process by Trade Motion, Trade Motion will notify the buyer through email and copy to Carson Toyota Dealer parts are shipped and ready to pickup at Carson Toyota. I telephoned Carson Toyota to follow up. Sales Associate advise the buyer not to call Carson Toyota and wait for Carson Toyota to call the buyer? Its confusing???

Over all Toyota has been good to me. Ive purchased 3 Toyota starting in 2004 and now I own a 2014 Venza Toyota and the blue tooth in the car has been a nightmare and a big headache. On the service level they have been trying but getting up to where the engineers have to be involved its bad because they know so much in general but are not driving my individual car with a problem.
