We were nervous about getting a brand new car for the first time and were fortunate enough to have someone who was clearly an experienced, knowledgeable and professional sales person. Since we were new to the process we had shopped around and unlike other dealers, Turgo never harrassed us or pushed us into making a decision. The time he spent (many hours) on our first visit impressed us so much that we decided to return and move forward with it being very important to work with Turgo. We were going to downgrade due to cost concerns but Turgo was forthright with the best deal and made it work for us so we were able to drive away with the car we initially wanted. Overall it was a great experience and if you want no nonsense process with honesty and respect, we highly recommend Turgo!
