My experience started off by contacting Kevin Achkarian and asking him a few questions about the car I was looking at. I really could not see what I wanted to in the pictures online, so I asked him if he would be willing to take a few more. Within 5 minutes he had sent me pictures that he took as soon as we were off the phone. It was at this moment I knew Kevin was definitely the salesperson I wanted to work with. We scheduled a time for me to come in and test drive the car, I arrived and was greeted by Kevin. I looked over the vehicle for what was probably an hour or more and Kevin was as pleasant as can be. He did not rush me or anything of that nature but instead stood back waiting to see if I had any questions. We then took it on a test drive and he was explaining the "need to know" information and did not try to distract me with nonsense. We talked about the price and he was extremely helpful, 20 minutes later we were doing paperwork. Kevin, thank you for a wonderful car and experience, whenever I am in the market again, you will be the first person I call. If I was to summarize the entire experience in three words, they would be, respectful, not pushy, and astounding. Kevin, you are truly an outstanding employee and one of the many reasons why this Lexus dealership is an elite one! Keep up the good work!!!

This is my fourth purchase from Mr Pourhashem because he is an outstanding and exemplery salesperson. By exemplery I mean all sales people should train under him. He is patient a good listener, convincing with facts. For example the first day I met him after abnout 15 minutes when he told me the price of the car I told him "what? with this price Im going to buy a Benz. He said no but have you seen the conumer report on this car? He convinced me with proof that there was no comparison. So for 16 years, even though I was about to try a new change I decided no one beats Paul. He is truly an asset to your company. In addition I found another employee Ms Cindy in finance so different from the norm. She becomes a friend, asks you about how you are doing ,how is everything and then proceeds to conduct the finances. She is truly a gem as well. She told me to call on her anytime. Even when I raised doubts about a certain insurance she went out of her way to check and make sure I was credited.
