Moe turned a vary bad experience into a great one. i was mis lead there by an internet manager. called Moe and left voicemail. i just wanted to leave a complaint and be on my way. he apologize and looked at my previous paper work. he called me back within the hour and said i was approved and invited me back. everything he said on the phone was exactly the way when i got there, no bait and switch. he ask Drake to show me my cars choices while he finished up the paper work. After 10 years and 200K miles on my old car, it was time for a new one. I am like most ppl (I suspect) who are tired of gas prices, so I was definitely interested in a hybrid. I also have planned to ride-share for a way to pay off my new car sooner, so I wanted something stylish and wallet friendly as well. I am a teacher, and was able to go through my credit union to use a car buying service. Johnny and the team at Kia of Cerritos were amazing. This has to be the easiest and most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. Johnny and the team had all my information already, so it was easy to get through the process of getting the paperwork together, loan processing, etc. While we were waiting, Johnny was very friendly and personable. Anytime he had to excuse himself to go check on paperwork, etc., he returned within a couple of minutes. I was not left wondering if I had been forgotten at any point in the process. I had also test-driven the Optima before, so I knew this was what I wanted and there was no haggling, pressing, etc. Johnny and the team were friendly, professional and wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted at the end of the day. I would say I am 110% satisfied with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a Kia.

Bob was the most helpful vehicle specialist Ive had. I wont sale hes a salesman because hes actually not. I rather not ever talk with a salesman after talking with Bob. He knew everything about the cars I was interested in. Not only did he know about the cars but he also had excellent test driving route. The spots Bob had for test driving really showed what the car can do. Bob seemed to truly care about my finance situation and recommend other cares that would be affordable for me, although I was not interested in the cars that he was recommending he did not try pushing the other cars nor did he give up or become frustrated with what I wanted. Bob helped me get the Kia Sorento 2017 and I couldnt have been more happy. Bob spent a total of 6.5 hours with me and not one time did he stop trying or quit hustling. I couldnt have been more comfortable. His recommendations about the questions I had were extremely helpful and honest. Bob thank you for all your help youre the best. We had to purchase a replacement for our 2005 Saturn Vue due to an accident (State Farm declared it totaled). Sadly too because we had that car since it was new and it was so very reliable. Anyway, we went in to look at Kias used cars and found a 2016 Soul that fits our needs perfectly and were able to purchase with the full 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. When I arrived at Kia of Cerritos I already knew exactly which car I was looking for. I shared this information with Connor (2017 V6 Kia Sorento EX in Titanium Silver) and he walked me right to the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and he showed me all the features and little perks that come with this car. I was informed of the upgrade packages but NEVER pressured to purchase them. I quickly decided to lease the vehicle and the process was very smooth. Connor was there through it all and I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service he provided. Im uncomfortable with aggressive people who pretend to like you just to get you to buy more, and Connor is the exact opposite. If youre looking for a sales advisor who is genuinely kind, mellow, and knowledgeable of the Kia brand, then Connor is your man. Ill be asking for him personally when my family is in the market for a new car.

Buying a car is usually not a pleasant experience. It takes too long and there are way too many ridiculous games played. This experience was not devoid of those characteristics, but it was better than some of the others I have had. I am very happy with the car I bought and the service I received. I am not entirely blind to the fact that I was sold a car that ended up more than what I had wanted to pay and there were some other games played, but, unfortunately, this seems to be a feature of buying a car and not a bug. Having walked away fairly in good spirits , I will call it a win.
