Although the ultimate goal was of course to sell the car, I did not feel overly pressured and hounded by the sales representative or manager. Overall very pleasant car buying experience.

I could have purchased the car from another dealership for less money but I appreciated the service Darcel provided and had confidence that all his communication was honest, accurate and transparent. He went out of his way to provide an easy way for me to get all of the details I needed and once I went into the dealership, it was a very easy process. He was very personable, but also respectful and really cared about doing his very best to provide great service, good value and a great product. If not for Darcel, I would have purchased elsewhere.

The sales men were very friendly to my family, and were not pushy. Our salesman went out of his way to find the Kia that my daughter was looking for. We first tried Galpin Kia because they were closer, but they were trying to push a car that my daughter did not like. First Kia did all they could to find the car that my daughter was looking for, and then went out of their way to get her a payment that she could afford. Jimmy was very friendly and really helpful. He conducted himself in a really proper and professional manner, which is the kind of behavior that would make me want to return to your dealership. For example, when I got there he repaired my cars manual transmission knob himself in under 30 seconds. This was a lot faster than the half-day job I was told my car would need to be repaired when I originally called your dealership to make an appointment. His overall demeanor was just very pleasant.
