I was driving to a meeting and the car started to shudder and a light was flashing on the dash. I was close to the dealer and headed that way. When I arrived I was taken care of right away. I received a call that told me what was wrong and given an estimate. All repairs were completed in a matter of hours. I have used this dealer for three Nissans in a row and had all my servicing done through them, for the last 325,000 miles! I have purchased two of my cars through them (I bought the first one before there was a Tustin auto mall).

I have been with this dealer for many years since we switched from Irvine Nissan dealer. Our Quest is kept in good conditions although its an old car now. Our experience is that they are very professional and the repairing service is reliable. The most recent visit is for brake service, which has a problem after they installed both clipers. They checked it and found out that one of the clipers is defective and they replaced it. So far it seems no problem. Jeff is a very nice man. He also helped me to install the fuse for my front cigrrette lighter. Thanks.

I have been three times for servicing my Nissan Altima coupe. One time just oil change, onetime oil change and tire rotation and third time for issue with sterring wheel shaking while on pushing breaks. Everytime very prompt and conscise response from them. When I visited third time, I left my car and Bob in servicing told me that they will call me let me know for any charges that may occur. He never called me until everything was set and ready to go. Because the issue that I had in my car was under warranty and he took care of that smoothly. Both time from dropping of car and piccking up the car. I used the shuttle services and that too was very responsive. Completely satisfied with this perticulat Nissan dealer. I have dealt with many before but these guys stands out for sure. I came to do an oil change unexpected with no appointment, Justin Gonzales provided me a really great service experience. Not only did he provide a VERY accurate estimate for when the car will be completed, my car was still under warranty after 5 years replacing two front struts and a leaking coolant. On top of that, they provided me a loaner (for FREE) as the struts were not in stock. Justin has an impeccable customer service. I drive from Santa Monica to Tustin to service my Nissan Altima where there is a Nissan dealership around the corner from my house. My 2003 Pathfinder has been the best car I have ever owned and I do not mind spending on maintenance to keep it running its best. Tustin Nissan has always provided me with fair and professional service. My latest experience was the sudden "Service Engine" light coming on a few days after I had just had the 150K service. Brought the car in without an appointment and Dustin got me in and out quickly after explaining to me that it was a failed sensor that had nothing to do with the previous service. My rewards points helped cover half the cost of the new sensor and I am very happy how the situation was handled.

I just bought my new car in may and i recently took it in to get serviced. i needed to get an oil change and i already got a screw in the tire. I droped of my car and they shuttled me to work and quoted me $28 for fixing the tire. i have the maintence plan so my oil change was included in that. an hour or so went by and they called and picked me up in the shuttle. when i got back to the dealership they told me that they went ahead and fixed the tire at no charge and id my oil change and gave me a car wash. overall great customer service and i still love my new car!

I brought my car for service and Carl Cookerly helped me out. He was pleasant as usual, explained to me what needs to be done and how much. When the car was ready, he called me to let me know. When I came back to pick up my car, it was waiting for me. Carl greeted me and told me that my paper work is ready at the cashier. The cashier lady was very helpful and sweet, she is always very nice. The bill was reasonable and the repair just like what Carl initially explained to me. Myself and my husband have always enjoyed taking our cars for the past 15 years to Tustin Nissan and we have always had wonderful experience. Also, Adolfo the master technician who works on our cars is excellent, I dont remember that we had to come back for anything even minor that may have gone wrong after the repair was done. I was greeted by Bob Richmond who was very pleasant and helpful as usual. For the past 15 years we have been taking our cars to Tustin Nissan for repair and have never been disappointed. Bob listened carefully to my concerns, wrote up the work order, got my signature and arranged for the dealer shuttle to take me to work. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Around late afternoon Bob called me to let me know that my car is done. The driver of the shuttle called to let me know that hes on his way to pick me up from work. When I got back to Tustin Nissan, my car was ready waiting for me. Bob greeted me again with a smile and mentioned that my paper work was ready at the cashier. The repair cost was reasonable and my car felt great. Very pleasant experience. In fact, we enjoy taking our car to Tustin Nissan for repair. Great people and great service.

I was very happy with my service and the people that I worked with. It was early morning and my agent was very cheerful and helpful and kept me informed of the ongoing service and when it was completed he explained what they did and what needs to be done on the next service. It was also nice to have a clean car when it was all finished. And great new coffee machine!! On the quality of repairs, my car is doing fine, at this time I have no way to judge. I do have to have several more repairs to do but not certain about the prices and will check around. Everything seems to be working well now. This car has had several recalls so sometimes I worry about how it will function the longer I have it. But overall I am happy.

Steven had just completed his "PHD program in 2013 Leaf Knowledge". After Steven explained all of the improvements in the new 2013 Leaf, I just had to have one. He made the process as smooth as silk. He even got a speeding ticket from the CA Highway Patrol while picking up the Leaf of my choice from another location. That same evening, while I was waiting for the final paperwork, Steven got on his computer and filled out my $2,500 CA Clean Vehicle Rebate Application. I smelled something like plastic burning in my 2007 Nissan Altima. I quickly took my car intoTustin Nissan to solve the problem. Carl Cookeley, my service writer, found the source and fixed the problem. While I was on the service drive, he noticed something was leaking under the car. He asked me to leave the car and he would check out the transmisson. The repair was covered by my extended waranty. My car was ready for pick up 2pm fully repaired and washed . Tustin Nissan is Great!

Overall I was happy. Dustin did a good job. I had $2300 worth of work done in the engine area. The only negative was that I had to bring my Murano back the next day due to a rattle noise. It turned out that the heat shield was loose. It was fixed in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. Luis was very apologetic. Your customer lounge could use an upgrade.
