"Be Forewarned!"
This morning we went to purchase a certified pre-owned RAV4 for the price advertised by Boch Toyota South Internet site. The first time we visited this dealership we were told by the manager, Fayez, that to get the online price we either had to finance the car through the dealership or pay cash with a certified bank check. Unfortunately we did not realize the bank was still open or we would have purchased the car on that day. On this morning’s visit we told the sales person up front that we were only interested in the online price and were not interested in financing the car. After spending a few hours selecting a car and were ready to buy one, the manager came over and said that the only way we could purchase the car at the Internet price was if we financed the car through the dealership and that they would not accept a bank check as previously promised. Nowhere on their Internet site does it state that one must finance the car to get the online price, a questionable, if not deceitful practice. We wish now we had listened to the negative reviews and not wasted two hours of our time!
"To Lay My 2005 Toyota Rav 4 To Rest"
On Saturday March 31,2017 I went into the dealership to meet with James the Business manager, to see if I could save my 2005 RAV4. Unfortunately my 2005 RAV4 couldnt be saved but James introduced me to Oudom a sales consultant who greeted me with open arms. He was very nice to me. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and answered all my questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the cars. He took me for a test drive of a 2017 Toyota RAV4. I then went to meet with James again to finalized the deal. James worked very hard to get me the loan, and a deal on my new car. This is my third car that I have purchased from James. James is wonderful and pleasant as usual and very informative. He listen and understood my needs. On Monday I returned to lay my 2005 Toyota RAV 4 to its final resting place, and pick up my new 2017 Toyota RAV 4. That day was bittersweet, I was parting way with a car that gave me 12 beautiful years of hard work,dedication and protection to my family. These two wonderful people help ease my anxiety and made me feel happy about my new car. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, caring and pleasant to me. The dealership was well kept. I am enjoying my new car. I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. I will come back for my next car and will send friends and family there as well. I will always be a Toyota gal.

I purchased a part from Bochs online parts department after entering my vehicle year, model, and options. The website provided a single part number and the web page said it was guaranteed to fit. When I went to install the part it did not fit, and they refused to accept a return. On top of that the customer service representative was very unhelpful and borderline rude. Stay away.

I bought a car at Boch Toyota South back in august I had minor problem wit a sunroof that I had installed, I called and spoke with the sales manager "Ian Swenson " who was very nice and heard my concern with the car. Within a couple of days my car was fixed. I was also given a rental why while my car was being worked on. The problem has been fixed and I very happy with the way I have been treated by Ian Swenson and everyone else who I dealt with from day one. Thanks all who have assisted me.

While arriving to botch Toyota, I knew that I wanted any other car than a Toyota! Kenny, was more than willing to go through numerous other options that the company had. Me being picky, he never seemed annoyed nor aggravated. He kept high spirits through out the whole day in hopes to find something that I was pleased with. Although I did not walk away with a car that day, I was pleased with my experience here. I would deffinatly come back when the time is right!
