My wife and I purchased a certified used Tiguan, our 5th vehicle purchase from Noyes VW, and the process was just as smooth as it was the first time. The salesman, Michael Baker, and Spencer Noyes (sale manager) were great throughout the process. I got price on the car and was able to pick it up the very next day. I also want to give kudos to their service department too. Within a couple of hours of picking up the vehicle the check engine light came on. Without hesitation the service department took me right in and diagnosed the problem as a sensor. The issue was a freak thing, no ones fault. Every on staff took the issue personally as if I was a member of their family and guaranteed the problem would be fixed and it was. I am definitely going back when its time to purchase another vehicle.

This is our second time in 4 years buying a VW at Noyes. Their sales people know their product and if they cant answer a question, they admit it and find out the answer (unlike other dealerships where they make up information). They are friendly, honest, helpful, and get back to customers in a timely manner. The staff evidently enjoy working there because the dealership is clean and has an overall friendly, warm atmosphere and sales people get along and help one another. The best part is they dont hound you like other dealerships, they inform you and follow up in a non aggressive manner. Thank you Noyes! We will keep coming back!

This was the first time ever that I had such a great experience at a VW dealer. They didnt pressure and Leo had the patience of a saint. I was there for most of the day trying out three different Golfs. The next morning I made my decision and I was able to just call to get the process started. I picked up my new car a week later. I didnt purchase my vehicle at Noyes but, after the awesome service I received I wish I had! This is the second time I have serviced here and my car always comes out with a fresh vacuum and wash! John in service didnt try to push me into anything and Mandy (the shuttle driver) gladly drove me to my destination so I didnt have to wait at the dealership. I even walked around the showroom and didnt feel like a fish out of water. I spoke to Spencer Noyes, the manager, who simply talked to me about my current lease and even gave me recommendations in order to save me money in the long run. We were anxiety ridden about buying another car. After doing much research on late model cars we selected several to test drive. When we walked into Noyes VW dealership. We were met by salesman Mike Downes. He introduced himself with a smile and a hand shake. He listened to what we were looking for in a car. He answered our questions and showed us the car we had seen on-line. Told us to take it for a test drive and really get the feel of it. We did and when we came back he answered all our questions and stayed in tune to what we were looking for even when we asked about other cars. Never did we feel pressured in any way. He respected our need to test drive other cars before making a decision. In the end it wasnt hard. Noyes VW had the best vehicle for us and at the right price. On our way home after picking up our new to us car, a stone thrown up by another vehicle gouged and dented our hood and scratched the windshield. We were heart broken. Next day we stopped in to see Mike and see if Noyes VW could help us. Mike got a service person to check the damage. Even though it is a holiday week they scheduled us in to repair the damage. We are very impressed with how well we are being treated even after the sale.

I recently purchased my 3rd new VW, my 2nd from Noyes, at the end of March 2014. I was reluctant to trade in my VW CC, but with a now longer commute to work and the poor handling in the snow I knew it was time. I dealt with Steve (sales), Rob (owner) and Spencer (sales manager). Steve was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing and answered every question I had. Rob gave me a fair price on my trade in with a first offer. As a returning VW customer I didnt have any concerns regarding my purchase and basically just wanted a smooth transaction. Spencer got my the financing I requested (0% interest) and they handled my questions during the transaction. I have dealt with Andrew in service during the regular maintenance on my other VW vehicles and never had complaint. He even helped me with a minor scratch I had on a previous vehicle at no charge (I hit a rose bush). What great customer service! My only recommendation to the dealer would be to explain the survey that VW corporate sends out. I unfairly marked that the dealer did not explain the Bluetooth, Carnet, etc. during the process. However, I already knew how to use these features and requested that they not explain them to me. Great customer service that will keep me a VW/Audi customer!

We visited Noyes VW last year because we were interested in a Passat, and made it clear that the purchase was a year away and could be made elsewhere - we spend winters in Vermont. The service was superb. We returned this spring, spoke with another salesman who was very helpful and took another test drive. The owner spoke with us about the vehicle and our plans and was completely transparent about the purchase process and VW incentives. We purchased the car and the process was very smooth, both when we wrote up the original agreement and when we took delivery. I drove up from Southern Massachusetts after finding the car I wanted to buy on the internet through the Noyes website. Not sure if I was making the right decision trading in a much beloved car for a new car. My kids didnt want to see the old ride go, and I had a lot of memories attached to my old car. My sales person Leo understood this and remained patient with me as I embarked on this enormous decision. However, after driving the Jetta Hybrid, it was a no-brainer and I left that day with my new car. Teri in financing also was a big help. I forgot some much needed paperwork for the trade-in and she went above and beyond her duties to help me get everything in line for the sale. Noyes is a class act. Also, as for Volkswagen, Im impressed with the quality of the car and the dealership. I noticed during my visit that the dealership building is Platinum LEED certified. This makes the building extremely eco-friendly and efficient, like so many of the cars VW makes. Very impressed with the facilities and refreshments too. Thanks to all the people at Noyes and the young man who detailed my car for the ride home.

Ive bought a couple of cars here but no more. If you need service on any of your cars, it will not be the same experience that you have in the show room. I agree with the other posts, Debbie is fantastic as well as Rob. The service manager has the worst customer service skills Ive ever seen, no call backs when promised and replacing parts after being told not too (Wiper blades and light bulbs) really?? My 2002 VW Jetta has been in and out of service for the past month and just now they have finally determined that it needs a new transmission, however, they will only put a new on in to the tune of 6K and the warranty company wont cover it all, so more out of pocket expenses. I kind of feel like they are to blame as they replaced part after part on the car and all along it was the wrong item, yet I still had to pay for it. My car has been in their shop for two weeks with only two phone calls to explain why and its always the same thing. I wont have time to call your warranty company until tomorrow. Well, now the warranty company is even recommending me to get a second opinion. The car is not even worth the cost of this transmission and now I feel like I was sold a lemon. If you buy a car here, be careful about the service and make sure they know nothing is to get done without your approval first.

Here at Noyes Volkswagen we pride ourselves on having the best customer service in both sales and service. In our service department we absolutely never replace any parts or perform any type of service without written or verbal consent to do so with no exceptions to that rule so this type of thing never happens. We had approval to have this work along with several other things performed and completed. After completion the next day we received a voice mail saying that he has changed his mind and would not like to have his wiper blades and blown bulbs replaced. I apologize but we had performed the work as discussed. As for the transmission, we try our best to properly diagnose every vehicle with as much precision as possible with also keeping our customers budget in consideration. To properly diagnose a transmission we could disassemble it piece by piece which would be more expensive than just replacing it from the get go. Instead we took the least expensive approach and took the knowledge we have of over 50 years combined in our service department. We determined that the least expensive solution is to replace the transmission with another used transmission so thats what we recommended. The customer has a extended warranty that he had purchased from a third party. We have the transmission covered under his extended warranty and all he had to do was pay his deductible to his warranty company. The reasoning for taking so long to get back to him was because we went to bat for the customer to get the transmission covered under his makeshift warranty company that he had purchased. The company fought us from beginning to end and we worked our tails off making phone call after phone call to get a used transmission approved through his extended warranty just for the customer to turn around and say that he refused to have it done. Why? Im not sure exactly. We go to bat for our customers day after day to give our customers the best experience possible when servicing and repairing their VW. Lets be honest, who enjoys spending money on a vehicle for maintenance/repairs 2 weeks before the holidays? Its a bad situation that we tied to make the best of and help the customer as much as possible. Vehicles are a piece of machinery that can break on occasion and to have this particular vehicle that has been a reliable piece of machinery for the past 12 years suddenly break with the only solution being to have the transmission replaced is a bad situation that we all wish the customer was not in. If there was a magic wand we could waive to make his problems go away we would but unfortunately there is not such thing. We will continue to do our best to satisfy all of our customers requests and make every customer as happy with their car as the day the drove it off the lot new. At the end of the day our return business and return customers is what puts food on our tables for our family and we thank every one of our customers for supporting their local businesses.

I bought my first VW of my life at Noyes VW in Keene and I have to say it was a great experience. I drive a lot of miles, 30,000 per year, and was keen to find a car with great MPG. The 2014 Passat TDI SEL was a perfect fit. Debbie Nelson was AWESOME! She was patient with me and my family as we test drove just about every car on the lot. We were trying to buy a Jetta sport wagon in CT, and the dealer there made a mistake and got us the wrong car. We were disappointed, but my husband found the Keene dealership (Noyes) online and called them. They said we could come right away. We were there in two hours, and they were completely ready for us. It was amazing. I think we were there for a total of half an hour before we left with our new car. I stopped by this dealership with no real commitment to buying a used or new car, but noticed a used Saab that looked interesting. John Cloutier, the salesman, was awesome in answering my questions and showing me the car without all the sales gimmick pressurization stuff. A genuinely nice guy who knows cars.
