I went to Circle Audi to Buy a Used Car, Danny Antabli helped me select a Certified Used A-4, and He Explained everything to help me understand the differece a Certification can really provide. Although many wedsites warn against paying a higher price for a certified vehicle it seems like it is a good insurance policy against any repairs that might befall any used car. He was very honest about the different classes of the vehicles. He explained how everything worked and offered to have an assistant come program the car garage remote button to open our garage door at our house.

I didnt end up buying the car but Danny is such a great salesman and hes so nice and helpful. I test drove an A5, and didnt like it as much as I thought I would. He suggested a TT instead, and he texted me as soon as they got one in, before they even advertised it. I came in and drove it. The car drove beautifully and was so fast! I didnt buy the car because I really didnt like the color and it was a little over my budget. Even though they were very helpful in working the numbers for me to make it affordable, I just couldnt bring myself to stretch the budget that much for a color I wasnt particularly fond of. Danny is great though and he will do whatever he can to help you out.

I would highly recommend this dealership for new or used vehicles. I bought a used Honda Civic. I came in around 10 a.m. It wasnt busy. As a result, two salesmen helped me get acquainted with the vehicle. Now thats service! One of them was very familiar with Honda electronics, and he was kind and patient enough to guide me through the learning process. The other salesman was very professional. I plan on being a repeat customer.

We looked all over for the Audi my wife wanted. We considered Carfax ( or equivlent ), service records, how many owners, mileage for vehicle type, what they say to us, and of course, out the door price. We spoke with Pete Smith on the phone. He answered any questions the website didnt. I gave him a low out the door price I would love to get and if that was too low then just give me the lowest they would sell it. We determined what we expected would the the best price that we were willing to buy at. Pete gave us a price that was within $275.00 of our target price. We flew down the next day. Pete picked us up at the Long Beach airport and took us to the dealership. They gave us a coupon for lunch at the food coach. We didnt spend the whole day there negotiating. We, or should I say I, am willing to travel almost anywhere for the right vehicle. I had just returned home two weeks prior from buying a 2008 Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee. I flew out and drove it back to California over the weekend which took over 33 hours of driving. My point for telling you that is that we researched and bought my wifes Audi with Pete Smith at Circle Audi. The amount we got the Audi for was great. The best amount we hoped for included the dealership and Pete making some money. We wanted an extended warranty but neither of us did any homework or researched that part. So, I am not sure if we did well with that portion. It does give us piece of mind. Combine the cost of the Audi and add in the warranty cost and we are stIll happy with what we got. I would defiantly recommend the dealership and Pete Smith. I would advise doing research on extended warranties so you dont go in cold like we did.
