Bought a used vehicle which was not a Toyota at the Toyota dealership. The other vehicle was a Ford F-150. There was no pressure while negotiating a deal. They treated me just as good as if I was buying a Toyota vehicle. The overall experience was pleasant with no hassles and no pressure.

I took my Toyota in for 30,000 mile service. I hadnt made an appointment. The service was done promptly and they washed my car in the bargain. The price was reasonable. They suggested I might want to get new tires in a few months, before winter, as the tread is getting low. The service manager was friendly and helpful. I can always count on Dayton Toyota for great and friendly service. Thanks! PS, this visit was just for service. I did purchase this car from Dayton Toyota. Over many years I have purchased several cars from Dayton Toyota (two Corollas, two Scions, and two Yarises). My husband has bought two Corollas from them as well.

I drove 30 miles to Dayton Toyota because they had just one 2017 Prius 4 in inventory and there were none closer. We walked in in the late afternoon and were greeted by Jeffrey Marcus. He confirmed that the car was indeed in inventory and stepped out to find it. We took a test drive and decided to purchase the car. The negotiation was straightforward and as painless as possible. The finance guy Brian Hyneman was efficient and worked hard to find the right payment. Just a few hours after stopping to in I drove off the lot with a new car!

Had auto start installed after buying a new 2017 Prius. A little miscommunication had me waiting 4 hrs. to get it done. I always bring my cars to Dayton for service, they are great, honest, and always timely. This was just a fluke...If youre getting a auto start installed, opt for the loaner car.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the amazing representatives there at Dayton Toyota! Sam Olivio and Joe (who helped me sign my papers) were absolutely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. From the moment I spoke with Sam, her upbeat attitude and eagerness to discuss the car in detail with me was refreshing and kept me wanting to speak with her. And ultimately, buy the car that same day! When I came into the dealership, Joe was out front waiting on me. Sam filled him in on our conversations and he had the car ready to go! He had a fun attitude which made the test drive enjoyable. When we signed the paperwork, he was quick and efficient. No one likes to be in a dealership for hours on end, so this was extremely refreshing! Joe made sure they detailed the car before I took possession of it as well! The finance man Jason made everything simple and understandable, explaining everything along the way! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for car buying. My husband and I have been to many dealerships over the years but this by far was the worst experience we have ever encountered! My husband and I drove 2 hours on two separate occasions in hopes of getting a vehicle we were very interested in. After speaking with a salesman extensively before we made the first drive, he assured us the vehicle was in great shape. When we got there, the vehicle had a dent/deep scratches on the rear side plus multiple scratches all over the vehicle. After leaving the first time and talking with two different salesmen over a few days, we decided to drive back to the dealer after they assured us everything was fixed.. It certainly was not! Yes the rear part of the vehicle was fixed (not replaced how they told us it would be) but there were still scratches on each side of the car. After asking a few times if they could buff the scratches they finally said yes they would do what they could. When we finally came to an agreement and were ready to sign papers we explained to the salesman that we would be financing through someone else.. This did not go over well! The finance person came over and seemed very angry because we decided to do this. He was very short with us, rude and disrespectful! After a short discussion and him telling us that his buyer for our trade-in pulled out (this was approximately 10 minutes after we told him we werent financing through them) and he was NOT giving us what he previously quoted us on our trade in and abruptly walked away. Very unprofessional for a dealership to treat customers with such disrespect! Needless to say, we did not purchase a vehicle.

The sales person Justin helped get me in the exact model and color that I wanted for a price that worked with my budget. I was coming off a 3-year lease of a Rav4 from Dayton, was very satisfied with it, and was interested in the new Rav4 hybrid. I went back to Dayton and talked with Jeffrey Marcus on Monday, who gave me the details of the car, such as its color, performance, equipment and costs, We discussed available options, availability and negotiated a price, which I felt was fair. I gave him a deposit to have them proceed. He did not have the car on site, and told me he would locate one and call me. He called the next day and told me he had located the car, and would have the car at the dealership on Thursday. I came over on Thursday and finalized the deal.

Thank you Jeffery!! Jeffery was very helpful in advising us regarding the new vehicle. Able to locate a new car and delivered within a week. My previous lease was over 4000 extra mileage and Dayton Toyota considered to waive the mileage cost, we though leased another from there.
