I drove 30 miles to Dayton Toyota because they had just one 2017 Prius 4 in inventory and there were none closer. We walked in in the late afternoon and were greeted by Jeffrey Marcus. He confirmed that the car was indeed in inventory and stepped out to find it. We took a test drive and decided to purchase the car. The negotiation was straightforward and as painless as possible. The finance guy Brian Hyneman was efficient and worked hard to find the right payment. Just a few hours after stopping to in I drove off the lot with a new car!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the amazing representatives there at Dayton Toyota! Sam Olivio and Joe (who helped me sign my papers) were absolutely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I have been to many dealerships over the years but this by far was the worst experience we have ever encountered! My husband and I drove 2 hours on two separate occasions in hopes of getting a vehicle we were very interested in. After speaking with a salesman extensively before we made the first drive, he assured us the vehicle was in great shape. When we got there, the vehicle had a dent/deep scratches on the rear side plus multiple scratches all over the vehicle. After leaving the first time and talking with two different salesmen over a few days, we decided to drive back to the dealer after they assured us everything was fixed.. It certainly was not! Yes the rear part of the vehicle was fixed (not replaced how they told us it would be) but there were still scratches on each side of the car. After asking a few times if they could buff the scratches they finally said yes they would do what they could. When we finally came to an agreement and were ready to sign papers we explained to the salesman that we would be financing through someone else.. This did not go over well! The finance person came over and seemed very angry because we decided to do this. He was very short with us, rude and disrespectful! After a short discussion and him telling us that his buyer for our trade-in pulled out (this was approximately 10 minutes after we told him we werent financing through them) and he was NOT giving us what he previously quoted us on our trade in and abruptly walked away. Very unprofessional for a dealership to treat customers with such disrespect! Needless to say, we did not purchase a vehicle.

I was coming off a 3-year lease of a Rav4 from Dayton, was very satisfied with it, and was interested in the new Rav4 hybrid. I went back to Dayton and talked with Jeffrey Marcus on Monday, who gave me the details of the car, such as its color, performance, equipment and costs, We discussed available options, availability and negotiated a price, which I felt was fair. I gave him a deposit to have them proceed. He did not have the car on site, and told me he would locate one and call me. He called the next day and told me he had located the car, and would have the car at the dealership on Thursday. I came over on Thursday and finalized the deal.
