Went to Bill Dube for a 2014 Rav 4 I saw on their website. Took a test drive Nice car but a little out of my price range. My daughter has a 2009 Limited Rav 4 that I love driving. My sales associate Brian Doyle was exceptional He had an older model that I tried that had a little more wear and tear and mileage than I wanted. Brian showed me several other Rav 4s Never once did I feel like I was being pressured to buy. He then told me he had the perfect car for me that was within my budget I wanted. It was perfect . The color , mileage and condition, I couldnt have asked for anything more. The only thing it didnt have that I really wanted was a drivers heated seat. Brian said he could have one installed at no cost to me. I love my used Rav 4 Thank you Bill Dube Toyota and a huge thank you to Brian Doyle for outstanding customer service

So far Ive purchased three different vehicles from Brian Doyle Bill Dube Toyota, and each time it is easier than the last. This time around it seems like I barely put in any effort, but thats because the staff did all the work. I was rear-ended by an SUV in the never-ending dumpster-fire that is New Hampshires Route 16, during a rainstorm. My car was totaled (Frame Damage) and my insurance company only gave me a couple of days for my rental once they determined my settlement. I took that Friday off of work (Accident was on Tuesday) and was determined to get my insurance check, get the car, and be done with it all in the same day. Ambitious, yes, but if any team of people could get it done, Brian and the team could. I found what would become my vehicle online Thursday night (super late), and wanted to take a look at the car the following morning. I left a voicemail for Brian and let him know I was interested, and had hoped it was still available. I showed up early the following morning and Brians colleague put me in the car for a demo (it was really early and I showed up without an appointment... Great customer, right?) The car was perfect except for two minor issues that were fixed immediately and with great enthusiasm. Once we got inside and put everything in black and white, Brian ran our payment grid by the Sales Managers Ann and Jerry, who were working hard behind the scenes to get me out the door the same day. Josh the Business Manager put all my contracts together and offered an outstanding array of finance products like GAP and warranty protections, all while working with my bank of choice to get me a fantastic rate I was happy with. Once the paperwork was done I took delivery of an amazingly clean, inspected car with a full tank. They let me leave my Enterprise rental in the middle of their parking lot while I drove away without an care in the world that I had made a bad decision. Theres a reason this business has been a fixture in the Dover community for over 40 years, and why I keep coming back time after time for both service and when I need a new car. Brian has been my go-to since we first met in 2014, and theres no reason he shouldnt be yours too. They work hard here, and I definitely wouldnt have typed all this out if they didnt.

Customer Service at this dealership is non-existent. Do not care what vehicle you are looking for, push to sell you a vehicle they want. I am sure Toyota would not look favorably upon this dealers customer service skills. Ask to speak to a manager, they connect you with another sales agent. No customer respect in sales department, would expect the same for Service. Will be taking my business to another Toyota dealer.

My husband and I came to your dealership today to look at the Toyota Avalon. we currently own a Toyota Camry and are faithful Toyota customers. when we parked our car to enter the dealership a man who was standing outside asked us if we had brought our car in for servicing. before we could even answer he told us we needed to pull our car around to the back to the service department. we then stated that we were there to look at new cars and he very rudely repeated "if youre here for servicing, please move to the back but, if youre here to buy a new car you can stay parked where you are". we then asked about Toyota Avalons to which he replied again rudely "we only have 2 on the lot, one is in the back and the second one is a Hybrid thats on the floor". by then, I had lost my patience with this rude man and told my husband that I was not interested in deaing with the likes of someone like him or a dealership who would employ someone like him. I just thought you should be aware of this type of behavior, as you most likely lost a sale. Also, you have listed 5 Avalons on your website so if you only have 2, thats false advertising. I think you should be aware of this type of behavior.

I ordered a 2016 Tacoma with Bill Dube at a very good price. At first the communication was not the best as I had to keep calling in to check on the status rather then them calling me. After a few weeks I was told they could get me the exact truck I ordered but only a few days later they told me Toyota did not accept the order/changes and they could get me a very similar truck but not the exact one I ordered. The difference in the truck was only a certain package so it was still very close. I decided to still order the truck. It took approx. 2 months to get delivered. Although it took some time, Bill Dube did come through with their promise. Thank you for being honest and keeping you word!

I live 100 miles away but decided to buy a new Corolla from Bill Dubes dealership this week based on their excellent prices (they participate in the military veteran TrueCar program), professional and knowledgeable staff, and prompt replies to all of my questions. Moreover, they were the only dealership of 4 that I contacted who immediately agreed to my request for a vehicle color they didnt have on the lot. Within ONE day, they had located and traded another dealer for exactly the color and model I wanted. Customer service at its best. Particular kudos to product specialist John OConnor , Finance Manager Josh Gray and Customer Service agents Liz Mosley and Lisa Roberge - all were very professional, pleasant and enthusiastic. The team spirit and integration reflects highly on leadership that fosters such a positive work environment. I highly recommend this dealership.

Bill Dube Toyota gets 2 thumbs up from first time leasers! From the beginning of the experience we loved Bill Dube! Ashley in Internet sales was very helpful in giving a conservative but informative quote before our arrival. She was great with email contact (phone was hard as Im a teacher) and set up our test drives. When my boyfriend & I went into the dealership we were greeted by Brian & he showed us several vehicles we were interested in. We took a RAV4 for a test drive & knew instantly it was the vehicle for us. We had a pretty rigid idea of where we wanted to be financially and Brian listened to our needs & never pressured us. He didnt make us feel inadequate or unable to afford the vehicle of our dreams because we were firm with our financial needs. Brian & the team were finally able to meet us where we needed financially and get us into our dream vehicle at a price that was perfect for us. We met with Chris in finance who was down-to-earth and very approachable. He explained everything in buyer-friendly terms and offered personal opinions that were exceptionally helpful. Our inspection was taken care of while we waited & when we left we were personally invited to an upcoming new owner night at the dealership. My boyfriend & I couldnt have asked for a better first-time leasing experience. We would recommend Bill Dube to anyone & will do business with them in the future. We love our RAV4!

But I have never had any issue with the service dept. at Bill Dube. They are a great group. Will continue to use them as long as Im still local.

My overall service experience was very good. The service associate at the counter was very friendly and professional. My only issue is one of me not doing my homework. When my leased 2014 Corolla was sold to me I was told it came with a no cost maintenance plan and the sales associate was very clear about there being no maintenance costs through the 3 years (or 36,000 miles) lease of my vehicle. In my mind a no cost maintenance plan meant that there would be no costs to me for maintenance when thats not what it means at all. The plan does cover oil changes, tire rotations, inspections and any warranty items but everything else is my responsibility. For example I had to pay $37 for a cabin air filter at my 15,000 mile service. Like I said, Im chalking this up to me not doing my homework and remembering the advice that nothing is free, even a no cost maintenance plan.

I brought my car in for routine service (oil change) and a tire repair. Issues were discovered that would have caused major problems in the near future. I was notified of the issues, and with my approval, the extra work was performed in a timely and competent manner. I only wish it was not so expensive!

"Very Accommodating/very Good Service"
We purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra. We knew it wasnt going to be perfect but we decided to give it a try. Yes, we found a few issues which we took up with the service dept. I will tell you that we have heard horror stories about your service dept., but our only concern is how you treat us. We were pleasantly surprised with how everything was handled. We have one outstanding item left to resolve but we were sent to Somersworth Nissan to have the problem looked at and hopefully resolved. We also leased a 2014 Ford F-150 (new) and when an issue arose it was taken care of (it was the same when we bought our 2008 - new). So far so good. We still have that one issue with the Sentra and as soon as Nissan can check it out well be back for the resolution.

This may be my last car, as I am retiring; however, I never know. In any event, I would not even think about going to any other dealer than Dube. I have not had a previously owned car since I was in my early thirties but have had many new ones. Dube Toyota Ford Scion has been the best experience I have had, with the person finding my car, the salesman, the financial manager, and the manager. I did hear a sound in my car, called the dealer and they had me bring it in the next day. They found the minor problem, fixed it, explained it so I understood it and I was on my way. I found the service and the service workers excellent and left feeling like I was really someone special.

Your quality of work is excellent and the assistance provided by the service tech is excellent. However, the cost of service is higher than other local certified shops. I will use Ford when a problem is more directly related to a Ford tech issue than for regular everyday service.

Purchased a Toyota Prius C. Started as internet search with Ashley and JJ to find out what was available and the price. Negotiated with them a bit and arrived at price. Met Jason, sales guy, at dealership and took for ride. Experience with all was very low key which I liked. Vehicle was purchased with financing through them which was fine. Only suggestion I would make is that prior to final meeting with finance guy, we are told about service options in advance. Although a very good guy, service options with financing was more aggressive than sales portion. In addition, one is not allowed to think about it and come back a few days later if your intent is to pay for service on time. (At least as I understood it). Chose no service option, just basic Toyota coverage. If had data in advance, might have made a different decision. However, really not that big of a deal Thanks Rick
