I dealt primarily with Faz and communicated with him first over the phone, then by e-mail, and finally in person when I purchased the vehicle. He emailed me the carfax and then did an excellent job following up with me both before and after I purchased my vehicle. He negotiated fairly with me and continued to provide follow-up service after I purchased the car. He had no problem picking me up from the LIRR train station and also accommodated me by driving me to the bank. He was very friendly and personable.

The price they had on the car was excellent, almost so good I didnt believe it could be in good condition. Faz, and the manager, gave me their word the car was in good condition. I bought the car sight unseen and had it delivered to Colorado. I then took it to the Mercedes dealership to make sure the car was in good shape. The local Mercedes dealership even told me I got a great deal on a car that was in excellent condition. Im enjoying my Mercedes and also enjoying the fact that, even after paying for shipping from New York to Colorado, I saved at least $6000 over buying from local individuals or dealerships.
