What a hassle free experience! I was highly pleased with the services provided by Brian and Jenelle. They walked my other and I through the process, going above and beyond to get our Nissan Altima 2015 at a price we could afford. Jenelle explained things very efficiently and Brian made sure to meet our financial expectations. We are proud to have a great car, at a good price and that within a reasonable time. I gave five stars because I like the deal I receive from jack and Corry. Young men with good auto skills. Kind, and nice to deal with. Had a small car problem they took good care of me. What I like best is, even they sale u the car and u leave, u can always go back and they still treat u the same. They dont just take your money. They have the same people working there for over 10 20 years. I also brought a car in 2008 in good condition and its still running. They dont sale lemons. I had a nice used car buying experience at Northeast Auto. Aaron and the owner Jake treated me well gave me a great deal and tailored the buying process around my sche dues and needs. Even staying open late for my convenience. They even added many perks for buying th e vehicle such as free oil changes and a few free details which helps with the upkeep and maintenance of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle. The experience was hassle free and mainly I got what I wanted for the price I could afford

Aaron was a delight to work with. He remained courteous and dedicated throughout the entire process of my car purchase. I had my mom with me who is disabled, and he took care of us and was patient as if he was treating family. Finally, a car dealer who wasnt pushy! Getting me a great deal was no simple task, but Aaron stayed determined to make sure we walked out with the right vehicle. I told him what I was looking for and what my concerns were. He heard me out (I never had to repeat myself) and he just went into action. He pointed me to just the kind of car that was a great fit, and kept everything positive the whole day. I personally hate having to go to dealerships to buy a car, but I know where Ill go if Im doing this again soon. He got to work with his people and found a personalized and unique combination of steps to get me a good payment plan and great interest despite my low credit. Aaron Torres your a great sales person but you lied to me. You told me if I were to refer someone that I would receive a bonus of $100. Its been almost a year and I have not gotten anything. My grandmother Sarah Crocker referred me and was promised the same thing, that she would receive a bonus as well and she purchased her car years ago. When am I and my grandmother going to get our checks in the mail?

(First time buyer, college student) Found this place on accident and it was really a blessing in disguise... Mike and Andy bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, content, and left with a vehicle. They were NOT pushy by any means, but genuinely wanted to help me given my situation. The overall vibe of the office was fun and very friendly. They even helped me figure out my insurance- made calls, helped me with policy decisions, the whole nine yards. Very honest salesmen- and we all know how hard they are to find. The prices were reasonable and they offer extended warranties for $15 a month. I couldnt be any happier or more thankful for my overall experience.

I felt like they tried to get me the best deal they could, they had no problems providing me with a car-fax report. My boyfriend noticed some slight scratches on the car and they were more than willing to have it taken care of. The sales person even provided me with new car mats because he noticed mine were a little worn looking. I left feeling great about my purchase.
