"Great Service Experience"
Took our 2012 Lexus in for replacement of window tint on one window. Had been told originally it would take approx. 1 and 1/2 hours. Zee Khan was our Service Assistant. He kept us apprised of where they were in the procedure and the job was completed in less than an hour. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and professional. And, best of all, there was no charge!! Kudos to Northside Lexus and its employees.

Courtesy wash was poorly done on my black 2013 RX350. I was interested in a new ES350 lease 2017 but after seeing my auto I changed my mind. Ill stay with Lexus of Clear that does a superior cleanup job and has better snacks.

I filled out a loan application for a used car and had to leave to pick up my son. I never ever heard back from the sales person. It has been 5 days. Even if I was denied a loan or had some conditions to be met, where is the professional courtesy of a phone call. Really disappointed. I guess I wasnt Lexus worthy.

Every aspect of our experience at Northside Lexus has always been very positive. We bought our first Lexus RX350 from them and have had all of the service and repairs done by their service department. We have had the same service consultant for several years and he always explains the service very clearly. He reviews repairs that should be done immediately and those that can be done at a later visit. We recently bought our second RX350 (nine and half years after our first) from the same salesperson who sold us our first one. The fact that both our salesperson and service consultant have been with Northside Lexus for years speaks volumes. Every member of the staff is professional and very helpful. In addition, the facility is spotless and makes waiting for repairs a more positive experience. I would highly recommend Northside Lexus.
