Ron chwalek did an excellent job greeting us and taking care of our needs. he reset our tire pressure system and checked our oil and discovered we were down a 1/2 quart and top it off and top off our windshield washer fluid. Ron is a great asset to your company.

Brought my 2017 E300 in to have the tires recalibrated. I was promptly and warmly greeted by Ron Chwalek who then took care of the recalibration personally. I was in and out in 15 minutes and had a very pleasant experience. Ron explained what was going on with the tires thoroughly.

My dashboard tire light came on. I tried putting air in the tires but pressures kept fluctuating and light would not go off. I tried a local tire company but problem persisted. I called New Country Mercedes and was told to bring the car in-no appointment needed. I met Ron Chwalek who attended to me straight away. I did not even have to get out of the car! He was very courteous, put the air in the tires according to specifications, recalibrated the sensors, told me what to expect with regards to the tire pressures changing and I was on my way in less than 15minutes. Very prompt service. Much appreciated.

Recent days of colder temperatures caused the "Low Tire Pressure Warning light" to come on as I was headed south for a trip, fortunately New Country Motors was just a few miles away. Ron Chwalek quickly addressed the problem despite my unscheduled arrival. All tires were checked, pressures adjusted, and the tire pressure monitor recalibrated. My thanks to Mike Conlon, Service manager and Ron Chwalek for their organized and efficient customer service - that is what will keep me coming back to this dealer.

I just needed to have the low beam head lights replace the GL450. I drove in and Ron Chwalek greeted me. He took care of it immediately! Ron is always pleasant and helpful. Im so very happy with the service that I have had done on both the GL450 and the C300. The 2007 GL450 was purchased at New Country in November 2006 & now it has over 150,000 miles. Just for some of the simple things it is possible to drive in and have Ron Chwalek help you with something you you need. He was great on 4/19/17 when we drove in and needed assistance programing a cell phone number into the 2007 GL450. I had no idea how to do it.
