I had an oil change and tire rotation done. This was the quickest I have ever had it done in all my years dealing with Flood Ford of Narragansett; only just over an hour from time of drop off. Fantastic! The only complaint is the car should have been washed and the interior cleaned. I know many people who have their car purchased and serviced from other dealerships who get their car cleaned as a complimentary service every time they have service performed. I would like to see Flood offer the same service in the future.

My experience was good the gentlemen at the service counter was very friendly and professional. My issue is that I made the appointment for 7:30 a.m., but got an e-mail stating my appointment was at 7:15 on Saturday a.m., so I arrived for 7:15 only to find the doors locked and a sign on the door stating that service hours on Saturday was 7:30 to I cant remember when. So I waited 15 minutes for the doors to be unlocked, when I mentioned it to the gentlemen at check in his reply was, yeah I saw that and I thought why would he book 7:15 when we dont open till 7:30, yet no one bothered to modify the time or call me. So to say I was a little upset that I arrived and sat for 15 minutes in my car on a Saturday a.m., is an understatement.

Last week I had a tire blow out on my wifes Jeep. I brought it to a local tire shop who replaced the tire and also told me that I needed new brakes all around. I did not have them do the work, I contacted Gator at Flood because I service my F150 with him. He was able to get me in on Monday morning and their shuttle gave me a ride home. Later that morning Gator called me asking why I thought I needed brakes. I told him about the other shop trying to sell me brakes and he said it definitely doesnt need them. He said that he wouldnt even put them in the "yellow." I appreciated the honestly more than anything. I went to pick it up later in the day expecting a service fee of some sort for their time and the slip said no charge. I wanted to publicly thank Gator and his team at Flood for going above and beyond for me.

We saw the car I was looking for online at Flood Ford. They were located an hour and a half away but we took the drive and we are so glad we did. We met a friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to help us close the deal. The finance department was super helpful and the service department stayed late to make sure our car had the extras we wanted. Even though they are not even in the same state we live in, we would recommend them in a heartbeat! We have only had the car three weeks and we have heard from them three times to make sure we were satisfied. Flood Ford sure makes customer satisfaction a priority!

I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with; my only issue was that I have infant twins and expressed to the salesman how difficult it is for me to get out of the house with them and if they could have as much paperwork ready as possible for me to sign when I arrived. This was not done and I was left waiting for an hour before anything was ready. But overall good experience.

The service was good. It took longer to fix than expected. In the end everything worked out. I had a loaner car for 4-1/2 weeks that helped ease the pain of not having my 2015 f150. The reason for the long wait was back ordered parts. Ford needs to do something about this. Maybe next time I will be looking at another brand.
