First off the service we received from our salesmen Jay was great! He was upfront and very nice to deal with. The service we received from the finance manager David was not as good, David was rude (although I believe he thought he was being funny) and made comments regarding our finances and purchase history that were completely unprofessional. Aside from that, the only other complaint would be, from start to finish it took 3.5 hours to complete the transaction despite the dealership being empty. So to recap, without having dealt with Jay this would have been a 1 star review.

On our first visit, Jospeh assisted us. We loved the fact he wasnt pushy, like a lot of salesmen. He was knowledgeable and what he might not have known he was quick to find out the answers to our questions. Upon leaving, Barry came out and introduced himself to us. We test drove two trucks and latter one, Barry and Joseph tried real hard to make the deal work for us. Unfortunately, after many attempts the mission was aborted. However, the next day Ted Diesel phoned us (a long time aquaintance who was always kind, professional and wonderful when it came to servicing our GMC Safari van) asking what we were looking for and our price, and we told him. The next thing we knew, we were called back about yet another truck that had just been delivered and to come take a look at. At this point, it is after 6 and too late for me to see it so we were going to wait till the next day, but Marlon yet another wonderful, knowledgeable, professional salesman, told my hubby they could drive it to our home so I could see it (time is probably around 8 p.m.). We loved it, husband went back, worked out numbers, signed papers and drove back with our new truck. However, being that there was still paperwork I needed to sign, Marlon had no problem in fact insisted he would swing by our house the next morning to have me sign, go over the trucks operation and set up Onstar with us. My husband and I were just blown over by the personal service we received from Buena Park GMC. All we dealt with went above and beyond their call of duty and we will not hesitate to send anybody looking for a truck or car to them as they worked very hard to have us own a truck we thought only in our wildest dream we could afford. Thank you to Joseph, Barry, Ted, Marlon, Ali, Lorena and the one who very late put all things on our truck so we could drive it home!!! You ALL blessed us beyond what we could imagine. <3
