I have a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 and I had to do a service B on it + 80k recommended services and then the week after I came back to change my brake pads. John, the service advisor took care of me both times I came down there. He kept me updated on my car with multiple phone calls the whole time my car was there. He also gave me a brand new C300 for the day to have! Loved it! Nia, the sales representative confirmed both my service appointments. She left voice mails early in the morning both times rather than Hartford at 2 pm when I dont have time to call. Upon arrival I was welcomed in the garage and the team at the front at the service desk. Everyone was amazing but Nia and John took great care of me!The quality of repair was amazing and I have no issues with the car. I live 40 minutes from Mercedes Benz of North haven and 10 minutes from Hartford just because of how they take care of me!

The service was fine, it just snowed and when I picked up my car the next morning, I along with one of your greeters helped me brush off the 6 inches of snow. With that said, they did not wash or clean the vehicle as usual.

He also was extremely patient and explained everything to me in detail. I did not feel like I was being pressured or rushed and our negotiations was surprisingly pleasant. He physically got in the car with me and made sure I understood how to operate all the bells & whistles. He showed me under the hood and pointed out the location of all the fluids and explained some routine fluids no longer needs to be checked. Most experiences in buying a car is very unpleasant and leave you with bad memories and a head ache but this was an enjoyable one. Bought a used E350 from this dealership several years back. Car is solid, but the finance guy was a little pushy when it came a service contract (in truth, however, he is supposed to be) discussion but his scare tactic did not work. His "schtick" about the $5K it would cost me to replace the Comand display was a nice try though. The overall buying experience was good and Lionel in the service depart is outstanding....make sure you keep that guy.

The entire experience was outstanding. I initially started to explore European Delivery at another MB dealership but they seemed to not really understand the process and tried to just sell me a car they had coming in. I called MB of North Haven, spoke with a manager, was referred to an amazing sales person (Paul) who knew all about the European Delivery process and even had experienced the Sindelfingen factory tour himself. He knew the answers to most of our questions - and for any he couldnt answer, he contacted the European Delivery team. He was also able to assure that our new car would be built and ready for us during the very narrow window of time we had already planned to be in Europe. The sales experience and the European Delivery experience couldnt be better. They put us up in a great hotel, provided transportation to the factory, fed us some outstanding meals, and we drove off in our beautiful new car to explore the castles of Germany. We returned the car to the German drop-off location then were able to track its travels across the ocean. We had the name of the ship, knew what other European ports it visited, and received a call from the dealership when the car arrived at the US port of Baltimore. It took a couple more weeks to clear customs and get to Connecticut. Then we enjoyed another great delivery experience at MB North Haven. We would definitely do it all again - and hope to, someday. We tell everyone we know how great it was.

I wanted to purchase a new Mercedes but ended up falling in love with a used Mercedes the purchase was easy but there were a few things I requested that I didnt receive,once I picked up the car it unfortunately had an issue which of course made my dream car quickly a disappointment I decided to place a call to the General Manager Todd B.right away I was impressed that he made my issue a priority and by the end of the day arraignments were made for my vehicle to be dropped off to the service department, early the next morning Bobby from the service department touched bases with me he notified me every step of the process,I picked up my vehicle today and once again I feel like I have my dream car!
