"Excellent Service"

Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if Id ever driven one. I replied I hadnt so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!

Had an amazing experience with Silver Star. I dealt with Ryan Huffman, first through the internet and then in person. Throughout the whole process he was friendly and informative but never pushy. He let me take my time with the decision and was the total opposite of what I expected a car salesman to be like! The rest of the staff was super friendly, and while I was walking around several salesmen approached to see if I needed help. Financing and paperwork was easy to get through ... overall got through the test drive and paperwork in about 3 hours. Much easier and simpler than I expected it to be! Highly highly recommended.
