My wife and I began looking for a newer car last week when I stumbled across their listing on cars.com. I called to confirm the vehicle was available since we were making a 2 hour drive. We arrived 5-10 minutes before they closed. We had a courtesy call to make sure we were safe and on our way. We were told to take our time and they would wait for us. The car was out front and we were greeted with smiles and “glad you made it safe†they allowed us to get our son out of the car and settle in before we took a test drive. After the drive we knew this was our new car. We b fan the paper work and our sales associate was multitasking to make sure we weren’t going to be there too long. All the forms were filled out and signed in under an hour. We met with the finance department and had everything signed in about 20 minutes and on our way. We’ve received a follow up call a few days later just making sure everything went smoothly and we were enjoying the vehicle. I’ve been so empresses with their service. Other dealerships should emulate their approach to personalized car sales. WELL DONE!

Sorry excuse for a dealership. We spent 3hrs here and received the worse service. I bought a brand new car. It had a missing part and they still havent mailed it to me and my car already needs to go to the shop. Extremely disappointed. This was my first time ever buying a car and it was horrible.

Ryan, in service, took the time to answer all of my questions, both before the service, and after I had browsed the new car lot. I had many questions about the fuel economy of bigger cars getting more MPGs than mine. He actually got on the net to find out who supplied the engine oil they were going to put in my car. I have a 2015 LT Impala that I purchaced from Tracy. I always take it to them for service, oil, filter and tire rotation. When I make an appointment most times its a 2 hour wait. This last time I call late Friday afternoon for a Saturday morning appointment. The person on the phone said they would not be able to get me in until 11:00 a.m. I told them that would not work I needed it earlier. I was going to make it for the next up coming week end. She asked me to hold and a few min later asked if I could get it in at 8:00am when they open. i took that appointment. When I showed up Saturday at 8:00 am that Saturday the service writer wrote me right up, my car went riight in and about and hour later I was out on on my way. I want to thank Tracys service department for getting me in on short notice but also for getting me in and out so quickly. Robert Howard
