"Bad Experence In Goudy Honda"

I have been customer for this dealer for over 6 years. Since my lease is due in Oct, 2017. I went there to get another lease. After waiting for so long finally a sales showed up. I told the sales what I wanted. He offer me something totally different and with Ridiculously high price and not willing to work with me. But he told me he will call me on Monday or Tuesday let me know once his General Manager come back. Today is Thursday and no calls from him even after I left several voice mail. I cant believe thats how they treat their long time customer. I went to Pasadena Honda yesterday. Their sales are totally different. They make me feel welcomed and willing to work with me. Guess which dealer gets my next Honda business ? I would definitely not recommend this dealer to any my friends. Emailed sales General Manager and no reply from him. That shows they really dont care about their customers.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at the dealer! Stay away from this dealer. I am not a first time buyer with Honda, I bought a 2015 civic back when I lived in Chicago and everything went great with that. But here a completely different story which is the reason I am writing this review. The staff was great at first and we just went in to look at the cars and when we were gonna talk about making a deal the seals men said that we should run the score so he can get an idea of what we could get. Was thinking about wasnt sure yet. He even gave us the app to push us into doing so. He asked for our ID so he can "look us" up. Trusting him we have it to him still thinking if we should do it or not. Next thing you know he is asking what state is my social from. Thats when I find out that the sales men broke THE LAW! He ran out credit score with the signature on the application! Thats when I lost it I told him that he just broke the law and that I use to work at the bank and people get fired for doing things like that. He was speechless when I was telling him and after a minute his reply was "he was trying to make my experience faster" by going a head. I then told him that doesnt matter, he broke the law he can be looking up my credit score without my signature on the application! I told him what if I changed my mind, what if I didnt want to do this anymore. Again he was speechless. At the end of this I told him I was going to fill out the app and that he was lucky I dont talk to his manager. After I said this he became extremely relieved and said "thank you very much you just saved me."never going to this dealer again I do not recommend this dealer to anyone!

"Poor Customer Service"

I felt compelled to write this review to you today because of the incredible ineptitude I encountered working with Goudy Hondas service department this past week. The entire experience went bad from the start. Bottom line, Goudy needs to teach their people how to check voicemail and CALL CUSTOMERS BACK!! I left a voicemail two weeks ago to schedule a service for my Honda CR-V. Having never received a call back I figured out how to schedule the appointment online without any assistance. Tuesday morning at 8:00 am, I arrived on time to check in my vehicle. When Chastity took my vehicle, she told me that they would speak with the engineers about my problem and that she would call me to let me know the status of the vehicle and what they would be doing. Having not heard from anyone yet, 5 hours later, I called at 1:00 pm but was unable to get a hold of anyone. No one even answered the phone. I did not leave a message. At 3:00 I called again and again, no one answered. So this time I left a message on the general voicemail for service asking for a call back with a status update on my car. At 3:45 I started to get very concerned since I had not heard from anyone ALL DAY LONG and I had a funeral to attend that evening. I needed my car back! Finally, I spoke to someone, not chastity. I explained the situation and they transferred me to Chastitys voicemail. I left another message. 15 minutes later, at 4:00 pm, still not having heard back from anyone, I called again. This time I got the service operator. She could not provide me with any information about my vehicle. I told her I did not care if I spoke to Chastity but I needed to speak to someone about my car. She placed me on hold, supposedly trying to find an advisor to help me but after 15 minutes on hold with her, and still not able to connect with anyone, I finally received a call on my other line from Chastity at 4:15 pm. Chastity informed me that they could not replicate the issue and that there was nothing else to do. I left my car in Goudys care for the entire day and they accomplished nothing or than to waste my time. My assumption is that they parked it and forgot about it only to scramble to deal with it once I was demanding answers on the phone. Save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere where they at least answer the phone. I literally live up the block and I will now need to go out of my way to get my Honda serviced elsewhere.

Went to 2 other dealers in my area but got the cold shoulder when trying to deal in buying a brand new redesigned CRV,was fortunate to find Sheri,a wonderful saleswoman that listens to her customers and she was able to find what we wanted at a great price.We were in and out of there in less than an hour and a half she is very diligent and kept us informed of each stage in the purchase process,this experience was one that did not involve games or lies,everyone in the dealeship from the sales person to the GM shoot staight and make it a simple and painless experience.I highly recommend this dealership and Sheri for your next Honda purchase.

I was shopping for one 2015 Honda Civic EX... To tow behind my motorhome... Ended up buying 2, I stopped at several dealerships before I walked into the Goudy Honda dealership. The first car I dove was a great car.. But what I was really looking for was a low mileage 2015 Honda Civic EX.. So I spotted a really nice looking blue 2015 Civic LX 2 door coupe with very little mileage.. That was the next car I drove! I know when I drove it that it was going home with me that day. The next the third car I drove was a very clean and gorgeous Crimson Pearl 2015 Honda Civic EX L with navigation! Something that I have always wanted... Just like the first one I drove! I wanted the 2 door coupe... But really liked the 2015 EX L with navigation... I started to think... Told myself that it was time that I treated myself.... Knowing that I had extremely excellent credit I knew that I could buy 2- 2015 Honda Civics... So I made the decision to buy both of them... The salesman said he would give me a few minutes to decide which car I wanted... When he returned I told him that I wanted the two 2015 Civics... He looked at me and smiled. He seemed to be very happy after that... With a hand shake we headed to the sales room to take care of business...With a few hours of negotiating I was the proud owner of 2... 2015 Honda Civics... It was a task trying to get 3 Cars home that Sunday night....

Last Saturday after having breakfast with my girlfriend we decided to go looked at cars. I had a Mercedes E350 that I wanted to sell on my own to get more money out of it because you know the dealers dont give you so much for your trade-in. It was between CR-V touring and the RAV4 Limited, So I decided to go to Cloudy Honda since theres also a Toyota dealership right across the street so can check both SUVs out. We walked in and was greeted by Stephanie (sale person) she was very personable,she was very knowledgeable with the CR-V questions I had about it, we took it for a test drive and I loved it but wanted to compare the RAV4 to it. Before I when to the Toyota dealership across the street Stephanie brought out the big boss Alan, hes a very personable and wanted to make a deal right then and there(of course). He asked me how much I wanted for the Mercedes,I gave him the price I wanted an he came very close to it (I was shocked). I told him I wanted to go see the RAV4 across the street to compare it, he was so sure of himself that I would come back so he said sure go head. We went across the street to the Toyota dealership, about questions about it and test drove it,let me tell you something about my experience at that Toyota dealership it wasnt good at all! The salesman that approach me barely spoke English which I have no problem with but he really didnt have any knowledge about the SUVs, I would ask him about the different models an his response was its all the same but just a little bit different... I looked at my girlfriend and is smile at her. So guess what we did walk?..walked right across the street back to Cloudy Honda an Alan and Stephanie had a big smile on their face because I think he knew what I went through over there.lol So we worked out a price and I bought the car plus they offered me 1.9% for 60 months or .9% for 72 months because I have good credit. All the cars/trucks that I owned before was Toyotas...until now! I am very happy about my purchase here at Goudy Honda. If anybody is looking to buy a car I highly recommend it. Have Stephanie Villages and Alan Lee help you..they are great people! I was not paid to write this post!!! This is my opinion!!!

"Disappointed With Express Car Service"

I arrived at 7:00 am which is when the site says it opens. 7th inline... ONE working at service desk. Overheard that person say 2 were not coming to work that day. Waited until 7:30 until that person came to me. I asked if there was a shuttle...was told yes BUT NO GUARANTEE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK ME UP WHEN MY CAR WAS READY.I only needed the B1 service...was told it would be an hour and 1/2. I opted to wait.....at 9:00 am went back to the service desk...was told I was called earlier....I said I heard no call and was told SOMETIMES the loud speaker does not work in all the waiting rooms. I then waited another 10 minutes for them to get my car. I LEFT GOUDY at 9:30 am....2& 1/2 hours after arrival. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE GOUDY for car service.

My sales rep Jessica was excellent she knew her vehicles left to right top to bottom was very impressed. she was also very friendly and easy to talk to not pushy like sometimes some sales reps can get. She gave me all the information I inquired about for each vehicle that interest me and compared one to the other to make sure I got what I wanted. Jessica Saucedo was excellent I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Goudy Honda in Alhambra and I will make sure they ask for Jessica

This is my first time purchasing a new car so everything was completely new to me. The guys at Goudy were very helpful and patient with my questions and hesitations. I actually didnt think I could purchase a Honda, so I was very close to go to Kia or Hyundai to get a cheaper car. Ive always loved Hondas because of the quality of the car and its dependability. Dave & Parkson tried to work something out for me so I can get the car I wanted. Derek was one of the guys that helped us during our multiple visits to this Honda. He made sure we were helped right away and readily answered any questions we had. Parkson was the salesman that helped us with narrowing down which car I wanted and what to test drive. He was very knowledgeable and if there was anything he was unsure about, he made sure to find out right away. Parkson gave us some good advice, and not just to make the sale. He was honest and upfront about his recommendations. We test drove several cars and he was very patient with my endless questions. I actually called several times in between my visits because questions popped up. The salesman that we last dealt with was Dave. He was extremely friendly and understanding. I was really nervous during negotiations but he was very understanding. I was on the fence between financing and leasing the car. Dave explained both options to me and helped me understand what the 2 different options would mean down the road. We got a great deal and I walked away super happy! He even gave me a keychain! Super cute!

"I Love The Car I Bought At This Honda Dealer"

I love the way my salesman, Angel, served me. He was very patient and tried his best to get a good deal for me, and he explained to me carefully when I got my car. The thing I didnt like is that this dealer didnt accept check but wanted to cash out my money from my debit card which I was ok with. However, the amount that I put as down payment was so high ($7,000) that they couldnt cash out but asked me to call my bank. It was on Sunday, and the customer service didnt work. Then they cashed out $1,000 from my debit card and had to take my check of $6,000. After that, I couldnt drive my car home because I didnt have insurance, so I had to go back on Monday with the insurance to drive my car home. My friends and co-workers told me that the dealers must have the 48-hour insurance policy for their customers, but this dealer said they didnt have that. If you want to buy a car at this dealer, dont go there on Sunday, or you must carry cash with you. However, they did a good job, and I have recommended my friends to buy cars at this dealer.

My sales consultant, Tim, was excellent and made the process of getting a car very comfortable. He was personable, knowledgeable and honest. He was straightforward is what we should expect to pay and put forth his best effort to get us a great deal. I would not hesitate to refer a customer to Tim. The staff we interacted with was friendly and professional, from the reception desk, finance office to the porters . GSM Mike, made sure we were taken care of and appeciate his involvement in our experience. Inventory was good and Goudy elite club service is a great bonus.

Although I was upset, I talked to Jim the manager and he was able to listen and completely understood my point. He was nice enough to repatch a tire for me with no cost. He was probably the friendliest man there and I will definitely be going back.
