Made a new friend today. My alhambra nissan rep. Dean Hubbard. Amazing rep. Nissan your lucky to have someone so honest , curtous, and knowledgeable about cars and repairs. Dean was swamped with customers on Sept. 18th, due to lack of help, he was forced to man the fort by himself. The only rep that day. He has a peaceful demeanor and was helping everyone that day. I just watched in awe. Great integrity. Hire more people like him and your ratings with skyrocket up n up. Thank u dean.

"I Had The Worst Nightmare With Alhambra Nissan"

My name is Omar Mendez I bought a car on may 3rd, they made a mistake on the vin number, on first contract payment was going to be june 17th. We did a second contract because of the mistake they made on the vin number, second contract we did on june 1st and my first payment change to july 17th. After june 17th the finance company started calling me asking for the payment, i told them that we did a second contract and the first payment change to july 17th, so i called Albert Lee from alhambra finance and he said dont worry its going to take some time for them to update the new contract, so i wait and wait and the bank kept calling me every day it was annoying they call me at work and. To make this story short Albert Lee found out that the bank (Nissan Motor Corporation) didnt want to change the due date for the first payment, so Albert Lee called me and told me that he was going to make me a favor by making the first payment, the only thing i had to do was to bring a check for the month of july and that alhambra nissan was going to make a check for june, so i went to the dealer the next day and gave Albert the check and he was going to send both check together, today is being more than 10 days that he send the checks and the bank still calling me asking for the payments,,,, And my credit score dropped just because of their mistake and Albert Lee is telling me he is making a favor for me come on DONT MAKE BUSSINES WITH THEM ,

But the place is spotless, the technicians are all sharp - and none of them condescending - and every time I go in there, they throw in so many perks, its like Christmas. I was looking online at different Altimas. This one popped up, which seemed too good to be true, so I went down to the dealership to check it out. I have had two bad experiences with this place in the past, so I was hesitant to even look, but what could they do to me? Went in on a Friday night, car not available...hmm. So, because it was such a great price I agreed to come back in the morning to check it out. Am I glad I went back! The car was as great as described, even better in person. Plus, it was not the same ownership as before, so the red flag was lowered a bit. Loved the car, all things about it. The best part was not having to sit through a "good sales deal/bad sales deal kind" kind of thing, where we go back and forth, numbers coming here and there. It was a straight deal, very fair and I went for it. No games. Wow, what a neat thing. Juan Castellon was an excellent Internet sales person, he helped me get the best price, meaning he was there for the customer. He knows all about Nissan, so even better. Alex was good too, he printed out the figures so we could see it in real black and white. Sold! This was a great buying experience, I HIGHLY recommend you come to the dealership and find the car of your dreams, like I did.

Today I went out to go see about buying a car from here. When I went I was looking towards cars I believed were in my price range, but when I came I was greeted by Nemo who is a great sales person. The buying process couldnt have been easier. I got the price I wanted. No hard sales, enough information but not too much. The salesman was super nice. BUT--I had to wait almost an hour to get to the finance person so I could actually buy the car. And once Id bought it, I kept getting computer-generated emails asking when Id like to come in and see their cars! So the process of selecting the car was great; the buying and aftermath werent. I suggest they get some sort of computer software to take customers off the Solicitation List once theyve actually bought a car!

"Test Drive Of The Toyota Yaris"

I went to this dealership specifically to test drive a 2012 Toyota Yaris. I made an appointment and Emmett was in daily contact with me until my appointment. I was very disappointed with the cheapness of the interior of the Yaris. Specifically, the wheel and the knobs for heat and a/c. The driver seat sits up awkwardly high, and adjusting it doesnt change it much. The speedometer/odometer panel is to the right of center which makes no sense from a design perspective, or a safety one. I did not even take it out onto the highway as Id planned. Emmett contacted me a few days later for the other cars I was interested in, but I had already purchased a car elsewhere.
