I had an issue with my car that was both unsafe to be driving with and testing my sanity. I am blessed af to live in Santa Clarita with AutoNation Honda to turn to for repairs. I was able to convieniently drop my car off before work and I didn?t have to worry about getting to work afterwards. They graciously called a complimentary Uber ride for me to and from the office and I got my car back running like a dream! I honestly don?t know what I would?ve done without them so i say this to anyone with a need for service.....take your Honda to AutoNation in Valencia, you won?t be disappointed!!!!

I have brought my car to the Valencia Honda AutoNation on numerous occasions and unfortunately, I am disappointed each time. I actually returned this time for service as I was promised a free mini car detailing as a result of the unfortunate experience I had the last time that I brought my car in for service; however, I was told the car wash has been broken all week and therefore my car was not cleaned. Regardless of the car wash not being available, the overall customer service is definitely in need of improvement. Its nearly impossible to even get someones attention to answer a question. Most of the staff has an attitude of being annoyed that you are even there. The environment is not welcoming or supportive and each time Ive been there I feel like the staff is annoyed that there are customers in need of assistance. Its unfortunate and I did consider asking them at my last visit why they are not the friendly honda people that are portrayed on the Honda advertisements?

After I bought the car and had the 5 day period to take the paperwork to my bank I couldnt get one person to call me back from Auto Nation when I needed additional information! She explained everything to me and didnt even push me to do anything I wasnt ready for it took me a little over a week to get my car but she never rushed me. And Im so thankful for that. Usually car dealers push you to like the point were they keep asking "so are you going to buy it" or "yeah get this you need this and that" she never said that and it made me trust her. Overall, theyre a good dealership with some good people - weve had a good sales experience on both cars, and also service for the most part. Their service department supports a large volume of work in the Santa Clarita area, so be prepared for that when scheduling service and for problem resolution and repair with your car.
