Dido to "Loved the experience" Jesus at Atlantic Honda made buying a car a good experience usually something I dont like doing. A friend of mine suggested I go see Jesus for my next car. Jesus was straightforward with everything; presenting me the best deal right away. There were no games, no one tried to get me to buy something else, and the finance people did not push anything on me. I told him what I wanted and he showed me what he had in stock. The process was quick and painless and I ended up with a great car! He was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and I clearly would go back there again. It was a pleasure to meet you. thank you. I love my new but used car :)

I went to Atlantic Honda not knowing what I wanted or what I could afford. Anthony showed me a few cars that were at the price point I wanted, and had features that my last car didnt have. My mom was looking for a pre-owned minivan and we visited Honda since she like the Odyssey. My sister recently purchased from them so we thought we would check them out. They showed us everything my mom was interested in and the way they cleaned their pre-owned vehicles were as if they were brand new. We visited other dealerships and saw they did not previously clean the car. That was a huge statement to my mom; to show off a car with dog fur on the inside was a deal breaker for gong with another dealership. The staff that worked with us were awesome. They were super helpful, answered questions that we had and even gave us their cellphones numbers if we had questions or concerns with anything and needed to get into contact with them. When it was time to pick up our minivan, Eric in Finance went over and explained all the paperwork that needed to signed and there were a lot of papers. When we purchased a brand new Nissan 2 years ago, they did not explain thoroughly everything we had to sign. Jesus, our sales consultant, had the day off but he came in just to help us with the minivan and explain all the features that came with it.

Upon entering Atlantic Honda I was unsure of my certainty in buying a Honda Accord both due to price and plain weariness of commitment. However after being able to test drive the car I knew that I had to have it. Joey Naim was knowledgeable and reassuring that the money spent on a vehicle like this would be more than worth it. He was also confident that I would be receiving the best customer service and that with Atlantic I would be gaining more than just a vehicle. I received a tint service on my windows in more than a timely fashion and was able to drive off of the lot in less than 24 hours! The deal we were given was one that we could not pass up, both Joey and a man named Dave, unsure of his last name, eliminated any worries I may have had in saying yes to Atlantic. Would never use Atlantic Honda again. Spent over 6 hours in showroom. Music so loud , couldnt hear salesperson. Ended up leasing a beautiful 2016 accord only to have to return it for repairs the next morning. Very disorganized staff, lost the keys to our trade in car.

Its been 12 years since I shopped for a new car and was delaying the buying process for quite some time as I did not want to go through the perceived hassle of car shopping and have always been wary of car salespeople, often with good reason. HOWEVER the team at Atlantic Honda were able to surpass my expectations at every level. I had the unique pleasure of interacting with many team members at Atlantic Honda: Larry Ellis, Frank Fardette, Charlie (from Finance) and Rick Alessi (GM). All of which treated me with respect, were professional, took their time to understand my needs and found the car I wanted within my budget, at an affordable price point. Larry was our salesperson and he was OUTSTANDING. Being in the in the sales/service arena myself, I know what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and I can honestly say Larry more than delivered!!! Courteous, professional, service with a smile, knowledgeable, honest and confident are just a few words I would use to describe my interactions with Larry. This Honda dealer actually treated you like a person, unlike a Honda dealer in Nassau county whom we have bought Hondas from before (changes in their customer service were truly a negative experience). Our salesperson Jimmy Galgano made our recent visit very easy for us to lease a new 2016 Accord EXL. He listened very carefully to us and our request to save money with the monthly lease payments. After only a couple of back and forth payment negotiations, we reached a fair deal which was pleasing to us. Jimmy used no high pressure tactics or methods which is the No. 1 reason my wife and I do not like the dealership experience. When the car was ready to be driven home, Jimmy explained in detail all about the technical features of the EXL and even set up our "smart phone" for hands free use.

Several years ago, I purchased a 2012 CRV from this dealership. My salesman, known as "Uncle Mike" Leopold, listened to what I wanted and led me through the process. I have always been treated fairly and have had my questions answered. So, when I wanted to trade in the 2012 for a newer model, I didnt think twice about contacting Atlantic Hondas "Uncle Mike". I believe in buying formerly owned cars and when I needed a car for my son, I went back to "Uncle Mike " and, again, he found a car that would meet my musician sons needs...another CRV. This week, having seen the 2016 CRV, I wanted to try the new features...and left with a very low milage, formerly owned ...yes, CRV. The new features required a lesson and they had Don take me through the features and explain everything to me. He even helped me enter my contacts into the cars memory...and erased my personal information from my trade in. I couldnt have asked for better treatment.
