I was in a hurry this morning and Wally the service adviser was able to arrange the repair be done in accordance to my schedule thus without delaying my next appointment. The quality of work is excellent and completed in a professional speedy manner. Besides, Wally was very helpful in answering my questions relating to Hondas auto products.

Our car buying experience with Patrick Gutierrez was amazing. On our test drive, he was very knowledgable about the car and answered all of our questions. The negotiations for the car were straight forward and he compared costs for us using Costco and AAA pricing. Our car was not available at the Gardena dealership, but it was available a 2-hour one way drive away. Patrick drove there and back the same day to pick up our car. When we went back to the Gardena Honda, it was closing time at the dealership. Patrick stayed until 10 pm making sure that we were fully briefed on the car. We strongly recommend Patrick and the other DCH Gardena Honda employees that helped us with our purchase. High service and low pressure.

DCH Gardena was amazing for my used car purchase. Sure at first glance its not the best looking lot because of construction (they are expanding their showroom) but dont let that deter you. I worked on the phone and in person with Fernando, Eddie, Herm and the manager Todd and they were excellent. After I test drove my vehicle they made the paperwork process easy. I got the BEST DEAL on the car I was looking for anywhere within a 200 mile radius. Heck I thought I was getting scammed somehow, haha, but definitely not the case. They walked through all the paperwork and offered me upgrades, but didnt harass me when I declined. Overall an EXCEPTIONAL experience. Thanks again DCH Honda Gardena!!

I was pleasantly surprised that the car dealer salemen didnt pressure me or try to convince me to go above my budget. The used car "true price" was fair. I like that its hassle free. Yes, I probably could have found similar car for less $ at a non-Honda dealer elsewhere, but the peace of mind having the certified used car, the nice warranty that it came with, and the attentiveness of this dealership making sure that Im satisfied made it worthwhile to spend a bit more. Had to demand a better interest rate from the finance guy there ( - despite excellent credit the *first* proposal was with an interest rate *double* than what we ended up agreeing to ) , but other than that, this dealer experience was perfect.

Been going to DCH Gardena for years. Always got great service. Todays service...the same. My service Advisor was Edgar Fry. Very personable guy. Got me in, serviced and taken care of, and out quick and painlessly. In the past, Ive also gone to Miguel Ortiz and Emilio Perez...great service from them, too........... Be sure to check for any monthly specials on their website first. There are always specials. If your service is going to take a few hours, there are several restaurants across the street, or else you can chill out in DCHs waiting room, with their TV, coffee, vending machines, and donuts (in the mornings, usually, I believe). :)

I have my very own service rep!!! Brought my car in with high rate of oil consumption, along with the 67,500 maintenance. I was very irate when I was told I might need a new engine. But the female service rep who initially assisted me stayed very calm, patient and kind with me, as she explained what was going on. Needless to say, I had to apologize for my very bad behavior. Found out Honda has extended a warranty for this oil consumption issue, which she and my service rep explained to me. My maintenance was completed quicker than the time they estimated, on a very busy day. I love this Honda dealer. I stopped going to this one when I moved. The one closer to my home couldnt get me in, so I was able to schedule an appointment w/DCH Gardena. I love the customer service and quality of the repairs/maintenance service. Highly recommend anyone with a Honda to bring it to this one.

Ive always been told to never go service my car at ANY dealership cause they will make me pay an arm and an leg. I literally went to 3 or more different places .. "Shops" .. To see what was wrong with my car. I wasnt generating enough power to go 50 mph on the freeway without it being a real bumpy ride And always unsure if my car was gonna just give out right in middle of rush hour Los Angeles time. I took a chance and Margarita is the one who helped me. I like to think she saved me actually. She was very informative on what my issue was with my car. I understood exactly what she can do for me and on top of that she gave me a rental right then and there, so I wouldnt be stranded while they kept my car over night. I paid about $1200 for new front breaks and a valve job and coil replacement. It was DEFF all the pennies I had saved up but Im fully confident that if I had gone else where I wouldve paid more and it wouldve taken longer and I wouldve gone multiple times of i had gone else where. DCH Gardena Honda is one of the best dealership for Honda in LA. They always strive to provide the best service to their customers and take serious concern in achieving their full satisfaction. Waldo, the service adviser, helped me to diagnose air conditioning problem efficiently and immediately assigned a loaner car for me once he learned that one of the spare part could not arrive on time. I was able to attend the next meeting without delay.
