So, in the process of buying a used car I had to deal with the bank for the loan (3 different people), my insurance company (another 3 people), and the used car dealer, Garren. He was far more helpful than most of the others. He was also laid back but very responsive. Ive only had the car for a couple days so I cant rate the quality of repairs. It hasnt come up. The lot is pretty tight, but hey, that just means hes maximizing his inventory.

Rightfully so, used cars and used car dealers cause people to have question marks hanging over their heads. Some used car dealers are there to make the quick sale. Unfortunately, many buyers feel used in this scenario. Northeast Auto is different. The conversations were friendly. The rapport was there. And the service was good. There was no feeling of being pushed into the sale, and my new used car has been running great.

Purchased a 2001 Honda Accord value added package model from Northeast Auto Gallery. Was amazed by the condition of the car for a 2001 year model. It was priced right for its condition. People here are friendly and treat you well. Car had minor scratches which is barely visible, Automatic transmission shifts smooth and has the right gear to power ratio. Interior is very clean. I would rate 4.9 for 5 for this car and service. Lol it would be 5 out of 5 for a new car. They were even courteous to station my car at their place after the purchase for some days.

I just bought a used vehicle from Northeast Auto Gallery and I could not be more pleased with the entire process. I set my sights on a used Nissan Altima and through a google search I came across one for sale at Northeast. I filled out a quick form online and less than 10 minutes later I got a phone call from Garen. He recommended that I come up and look at the car so I did the following day. I met up with Garen and was in the car for a test drive 5 minutes after arriving at the dealership. Garen told me it was a great car with low miles and wanted me to see for myself. He encouraged me to take it out for as long as I wanted and to try it out on the highway. The car ran great but I had one minor issue with a small amount of steering wheel vibration that I wanted to get looked at before making a decision to purchase. Garen assured me that he would figure out the problem and have it fixed the next day. I went up the next day and the problem was completely fixed and Garen let me know exactly what the issue was and what was done to fix it. I made an appointment to purchase the car the next day and when I got to the dealership the car looked like it had just come out of a showroom. The most impressive thing about the process is that I never once felt that I was being pressured into buying the vehicle. Garen was much more interested in how I felt about the vehicle than in selling it quickly. I cant say enough good things about Northeast Auto Gallery and Ill be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle.

Northeast Auto offered wide range of great used vehicles. They were very pleasant and helpful in helping us pick the right vehicle. My wife first went to Northeast to look for a car for her girlfriend who was here from California. After purchasing a vehicle had to get few minor things fixed and they were very helpful in getting it corrected. When picking up the vehicle I made a comment about getting another vehicle. They helped direct me to just the right vehicle. Took it for a ride and fell in luv with it. Just what I was looking for. My wife and I have become very friendly and share a trust and friendship with this dealership and the people who run it. Have no problem recommending Northeast Auto Gallery to my friends,family or anyone looking for a great used vehicle.

"Great & Honorable Service"

I was in need of a used SUV and came upon a decent Chevy Trailblazer at Northeast Auto Gallery via Cars.com in July. In speaking to Garen I felt motivated to visit his facility and test-drive the SUV. He and assistant Tony were very pleasant, not overbearing, and accommodating. During the test-drive I found that the SUV needed some necessary repairs that were negotiated in the final cost. Garen was also aware that the SUV needed tires and had 4 used tires in very good condition delivered. Following purchase and more frequent driving I felt that the suspension wasnt right. When reported to Garen he offered to pay for half of the repair. Though some of these defects could have been previously identified and fixed, the assist wasnt required under the warranty terms that he voluntarily offered me. That was nice gesture of faith; He made it right. Well, until now I had encountered some minor to moderate issues w/ my SUV but I guess thats expected of a used vehicle; gotta work out the bugs. I consider the SUV an average purchase. Moreover, I would definitely do business w/ Garen of Northeast Auto Gallery again. His mechanic is awesome too!

"Overall Average"

My experience had some pros and some cons. Pros: Garens approach to selling the car was low pressure and easy going. He is very friendly and I was surprised that he did not put on any sales pressure. I ended up really liking the car i purchased. He did honor the 60 day warrantee and he does a good job keeping the cars clean. Cons: I was told my multiple dealers, including Garen, that my trade was worth ~4500 even though KBB said ~8500. Garen said that he would not even try to sell it from his lot and he would send it straight to auction. He increased the amount he would give me for the trade, 6500, but then he turned around and sold my trade within the first month having it. I would guess for at least 8000. Garen told me that he always has his cars checked by a mechanic. While purchasing my car I noticed that the water pump pulley was making a slight noise, I pointed it out and we took it over to a mechanic to confirm. Garen had the pump replaced as part of the purchase agreement. After the sale i noticed that the car needed an oil change. Also the air filter was in terrible shape, so bad it was falling apart. I took care of these items. Then i noticed that the control arm bushings were also in terrible shape. In addition, there was a chipmunk nest under the engine cover and it had chewed on multiple wires/insulation. Then the car triggered and engine code and I ended up finding that the intake boot had a hole in the rubber. I returned the car to Garen and his mechanic took care of these items (Although he just put electrical tape on the chewed wires...). All of this happened within the first month. Then during the second month, i was replacing the brakes and I noticed that the rear differential output seals were leaking. Again, i took the car back to Garen and his mechanic supposedly replaced them. The day after i got the car back i noticed the leak again, still happening from both seals. Frustrated, this time I replaced the seals myself and the leak was repaired.... Most people wouldnt have noticed half of the things that I found so they would have run into bigger problems and repair bill later. I dont like being lied to and if someone tells me a car has been checked by a mechanic then it should have been checked. If Garens mechanic cant find an air filter that is falling apart then he clearly needs to find a new mechanic. I am reviewing NE auto gallery as average because i think that overall he is just like any other car dealer, you really cant trust them. He seemed like a nice guy during the sale so I had high hopes for our transaction, only to be let down.

After 4 months of car shopping and poor customer service from big named dealers. I decided to go to Northeast Auto Gallery to my surpise no one was there to receive me. I received a call from Garen Aviyants apologizing for not being there, and within that week he brought the car to me so i can see it and test drive now thats door to door service.When the day ended, I was the happy owner of a BMW 325i.With each encounter I was treated with courtesy and friendliness. Subsequent times I walked in without an appointment and was met by Tony, who was equally patient and friendly. Garen has accommodated each issue i have brought up(before and after car sale) and made it his priority to assure great customer service and experience. The third time I visited, Garren did not hesitate put aside whatever he was doing to assist me again. And not to forget mike his quite helpful and will keep you smilling and laughing. Overall i am satisfied with my purchase and service needs and hope it continues to be a positive experience.
