Wonderful experience. Salesman Frank and financing person (Debra) could not have been nicer or more professional. Didnt have to play the "Let me go ask the Sales MGR." back and forth game. One we agreed on price, Frank took me out to the car, paired my phone, showed me how to operate all the features, etc. I have not had a salesperson do that in a long, long time. Picked this dealer because of online reviews. Highly recommended.

I have purchased 2 cars from Maplecrest Ford. One in 2013, and one in 2015. The people are so friendly and helpfull. I know I can call service, and speak to Will; Mike; jim, about any question I might have, let alone making a service appointment. Their techs are so knowledgeable. When they work on your car they come out to talk to you if they find a problem, and explain it in ENGLISH, not AUTOISE.

I was greeted with a phone call by Rich Colazzo in Sales quickly. He took great care of me during the whole process and got me all the documents/service records/Carfax ,etc that I requested. He made the car buying experience fun and stress free. He even helped me coordinate getting insurance on my new F-150. I was in and outta the dealership in 30 minutes. When I drove in from outta state he had the truck in excellent shape, clean and detailed, temp tag already installed. We completed the test drive, went thru the business office for paperwork and I was on the road home quickly. You cant get that level of service at most dealers. Highly recommend A+++++

They sent a very nice young man to the house and he set up the opener for me. He was both helpful and polite. They didnt need to do that for me, but they did.

This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I would also like to give Chuck high praise. He was extremely genuine, as well as a true professional . His experience in auto sales was far superior than other salesmen that Ive spoken with. At no time was he pushy or forceful. I felt relaxed and there was no undue pressure. My 2013 Escape had its transmission blow. I had it towed to another Ford dealer that turned out to be extremely difficult to deal with. Rather than replace the i transmission, I was looking to buy a new Escape and needed to do it quickly. I found Maplecrest online and immediately was put in touch was Marla. She helped me find a couple models in stock that were what I was looking for. She sent me a credit app right away to help speed up the process. Then she arranged for me to meet with Mickey who was well aware of my situation when I came in. The finance manager explained the whole process and didnt waste my time playing games with pricing. He gave me the best price up front and worked with me to get me the best price quickly. Once we agreed on price, the paperwork and delivery process was quick and efficient. Mickey gave a great tutorial on the vehicle and all of its features and then I was on my way. Although Maplecrest is not the closest Ford dealer to where I live, I will be a very loyal customer hopefully for years to come.

I was very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. The salesman James Skuraton was very nice to deal with. He wasnt a pushy salesman and he gave me a great deal on my trade along with the new purchase of my Expedition. Everyone at that dealership is very nice. Ive had my truck serviced there as well and always had great experiences with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle .
